It would be a whole page long. My advice is to check your replacement phone before they take your cell phone to do a transfer. I received a dirty and wet phone, and the manager said and did nothing about it. He even brought out the wrong items twice. My order, and another customer's order. SMHGo to the T-Mobile store on Austin Highway instead. I have not ever had a problem there. Thank you.Update: 10/10/23I have sent two e-mails and I have not received a response. Why ask to contact you when it's obviously not your intent to resolve any issue. Apparently, a response is just for show. I will be contacting corporate so they can view the camera to prove I received a dirty and wet phone when your employee took it off my hands to try to wipe off.

If you need assistance with T-Mobile find an alternate location. I went to this store to get a new phone and the staff just couldn't be bothered. Every question I asked was met with "we can't" , "we don't have it" , or "well that's gonna cost more." Don't waste your time here go elsewhere.

I been with Tmobile for a very long time. So far I don't have any problem with them. Sometime within 14 days from now I will come and ask them to help me connect my Samsung watch to my Samsung galaxy phone. After this I would like to give them better write up defend on their capacity to help me fixed my problem. LET'S SEE

Sucks ? chris was trying to help me with my transfer pin WITHOUT PAYING MY BILL because I was soo done with t mobile and wanted to switch carriers his boss made a big deal about me calling customer service and not them and just stoped and said I HAD To pay my bill to get my transfer pin that which I went to another store and they helped me for y'all to be a corporate store y'all suck !!!!!!! Y'all need to learn the handbook on helping customers with situations like this YOU DONT HAVE TO PAY YOUR REMAINING BALANCE TO GET A TRANSFER PIN !!!! And y'all know that and if y'all don't NOW YOU KNOW !!!
