My girl and I went in today and Addy helped us and she did such a great job she was quick and fast we got our wifi set up within literally 15 mins and paid only $37 for activation fee wireless 5g WiFi ?Highly recommend

Jesse was a HUGE help here at the t-mobile next to Valley HI. I was expecting to break the bank when my SIM card reader stopped working suddenly but sure enough Jesse was quick to fix the problem and got me out the door in a timely manner. I never really have good experiences when it comes to getting a new phone or plan because i always assume im being ripped off. Jesse handled all my questions with ease. I will definitely be back next month September to purchase the IPhone 15 + Apple Watch. Hoping to catch Jesse there for the transaction!! see you soon… 10/10 customer service experience.

The visit was quick but we were told wrong information about deals and were told discounts would apply to the military plan and lines would not be charged but we were getting charged for all 3 lines adding up to $30 more then what was guaranteed, in short staff wasn’t very informed, additionally the staff member we dealt with was playing on their phone the whole time and didn’t seem too interested in working.

Went there for a 4:30 pm appt on Feb 10, 23. One sales rep up front helping a customer. I hear her tell the customer that she can enroll her Apple Watch during "open enrollment", but when the customer asks her when that is, she says April or May, she's not sure, customer should look it up online. Hmmm, I think, this bad service is not looking good. And it wasn't good, at all. After a few minutes, I realized there were 2 other sales reps in the back, screwing around, making noise, etc. Did the rep up front go get one for me? She did not. Finally, at 4:45 the male rep in the back comes out, I tell him about my appt, he says, "With Addy?" I said yes, that's who I made the appt with. He goes back in the storage area, apparently talks to Addy. Don't know what she said, but helping me wasn't on her agenda. So, the male sales rep asks if he can help. I tell him I'm looking to replace my iPad with an iPad 10. He quotes $799. I say it's $749 at Best Buy. "They must be having a special or something," he says. Ya think? He will not match the price, and shrugs when I get up to leave. Didn't matter to him at all. And the whole time he's talking to me, he's on his knees leaning against a desk. Bizarre, son, not cool at all. None of the sales associates at this location at 410 & Valley Hi could give a crap about making sales or customer service, and they know nothing about T-Mobile's policies or processes. This place should get rid of these three and get some people in who have some pride and work ethic. I went to Best Buy, got instant service and the iPad for the sale price. This associate told me that T-Mobile pays on commission, which is why they weren't interested in my business -- I was paying up front. T-Mobile is only interested in ppl making monthly payments so the sales rep keeps getting $$ on the deal. If that's the case, T-Mobile needs to rethink their business model. Next time I upgrade the phone, will go to AT&T or one of the other carriers. Ick. . Bad bad bad.

Gotta give them ALL 5.We went in for a quick question, but ended their longer (BUT, FOR A GOOD REASON). We only waited about 10mins to be helped. Their was only one Rep on the floor at the time, but she (Addy), ran things like a real pro, serving us and two others almost simultaneously.She ended up personally migrating us to our new phones, even though I'd only visited to asked how to do it. Everything was flawless and as fast as the tech would allow. Not a single misstep, complication or issue of any kind. We were with at&t for 9yrs and never went a single year without trouble of some kind. Every phone upgrade was a problem and service was alway, always, always a problem. Thanks to T-Mobile for getting us on a better network. Thanks specifically to Addy for her impressive work and ever better attitude. If you're lucky she'll be the one to help you.Amendment:I read a few other reviews. Seems like Addy has a great crew with her. Thanks to her awesome team as well.

T-mobile has bad service ,have gone to complain and they just tell me "Towers are always getting updated " but it's been 4 months with them and every time I make a call to my friends & family is always dropping or they cant hear me! Btw I have a new phone.

We went in yesterday to upgrade to a new phone. Emily greeted us as we walked in and took care of us with amazing service. It's been a while since we've had great service, so it felt nice. They were pretty busy as consumers continued to walk in, but they were still so nice and attentive. Emily was so patient with us as she helped set up our new phone. We had so many questions and concerns and she explained in great detail. Emily also advised us to check out the new tmobile home internet since we mentioned we were having poor wifi connection in our area. And it's a free trial for 15 days, so, we are pretty excited about it! Thanks again for the great service Emily! You rock! ?

Make sure you get any offers in writing. We went in to trade my phone. Lady told us that it would be free to get the Samsung 22 ultra. So that's what we did. She said we would see the bill credits within two billing cycles, once those came in, it would make a zero balance for the phone. My husband asked if there was any way to get that in writing. She didn't know, so she asked a manager. The manager said no because it is all done on the ipad they have. (that should have been our red flag that it wasn't right.) They both re-assured us that it would appear. Guess what...it didn't. Apparently the offer they gave us was for a different phone plan, not the one we are on! So now we are paying for a phone that we would not have chosen originally until we were told it was free for the promo. We tried to get it fixed but after waiting several days for it to be "escalated," looks like we are out several hundred dollars.

This was by far the worst customer service place I've ever experienced in T-Mobile, they were definitely not helpful at all, they wouldn't help me they would just give me a number to call a little pamphlet, and when I called because I called inside the store, even the people on the phone that was helping me told me they should be doing their job
