Meh. I can say that I've gone there, over and over, and cannot seem to stop buying goods and services from this place. What're we to do, stuck in the App of the day. SmartPhones are for...meh. DOH!!

This is the only bad review I have written about a business. Went in to buy a phone. The sales person gave me incorrect information about fees. She said there's an in store fee that's waived if you buy online. I decided not to buy, went to my car and quickly verified that the fee is the same through the tmobile app or in store. Went back in and said I may as well get it, since it's the same price. Then for fun checked on amazon and through the google store you get the phone for the same price minus the fee and additionally you can choose your preferred storage capacity and get a discount if you have a prime card. You can't get any other storage option for the pixel 8 with tmobile at this time in store or in the tmobile app. She said there's no fee if I bring in my own device I buy elsewhere so i said hey actually I have a better price online, "sorry for wasting your time" and proceeded to leave. There were no other customers in the store throughout this entire exchange. There were at least 3 sales people all just scrolling on their phones bored to death. Before I am even out of earshot i hear her complaining about how annoying it was that I couldn't make up my mind. This whole exchange took like 5 minutes, most of it was just me in my car. I just left, not worth it. If you read this far the irony of a sales person with literally nothing else to do complaining about talking to a customer with questions should be apparent. Particularly when she wasn't even aware of how their store vs online sales fees work and mislead me. Don't go here. Theres a million T mobiles in San Antonio. Go somewhere else.

I love this store. When you want to get a phone and typically it's a boring and mind numbing interaction but here they are chill af they are good at there jobs and all in all a awesome experience. Keep up the excellent work to all the people that work there and see you again. ?

Mike & Morgan ? I appreciate you.This was my 4th T-Mobile store that I ended up going to get help trying to cancel my account because I've had it with T-Mobile as a whole company, BUT if you need help (as someone that has been to more than a few stores) I suggest coming here first. Maybe I wouldn't have cancelled ?♀️ I walked in here frustration lvl 15/10 and walked out kinda feeling bad ?♀️

Please check with other companies before before you get to service from T Mobile I have a very Bad experience with this Store When I've got my phone salesman Show me One the font was disconnected with no Power hay Trust the person Now that I've got It de cámara and colors are Really Bad Quality and they Say There is nothing they can do about it
