I recently got a Galaxy watch and have been to this T-Mobile store three times in the last week and each time they have been very helpful, have answered all my questions, and I would not hesitate to go again.. at my age it's not easy to learn the new technology and they have been so friendly and helpful. Thank you to Juan, Eric, Rosina and Krista. All of these T-Mobile employees were awesome!!Thank you so much for all of your patience especially Krista when I called about my phone ?

First off I wanna say as A T-Mobile employee at a different store going to help my friend because they live closer to this store I would never recommend going here they always revert to call 611 when they can sit down and call their hotline and help us with the issue. Juan with the curly hair was the only one that did his job in a professional manner and helped customers and was transparent with them. The other juan without the curly hair was just straight up rude saying oh if you need to do that you need to call 611 when he could have sat down and took time out of his day to call rsl and do it himself as any employee should.Will the other employee did the same thing while you can call 611 because It will just hold us up and will get busy since when does putting customers first happen at this t mobile I definitely will never be coming back and they always say oh you can transfer the device at home and bring it back if you have questions why can’t they just do the transfer their. I’ve already filed a complaint im not one to leave reviews but this T mobile needs new employees because this is just not right so if you go to that store go to juan with the curly hair he was very helpful assisting his customers. Hopefully the manager does something and tells his crew to help every customer not just the ones that are activating new services

The best customer sales experience with Mr. Juan Navarro. He was knowledgeable, attentive, patient, funny and went above and beyond his role to help us through our application. He should be highly commended for his efforts, thanks much Juan!

Best experience ever at a phone store! Juan! You are the best! Not only did he make me feel comfortable and he was super knowledgeable and got straight through it. Even when I asked him to slow down because I was in the heat all day, he did. Not only did he accommodate me, he even helped me up from the couch that we did all the business on (which I’m super thankful for) beca I am handicap and he did it automatically out of kindness. Please give that man a raise!

Store itself was friendly. BUT turns out we have been paying more then we were told we would. Now we have to dispute months of over billing. Aside from thatTHE CELL SERVICE IS TRASH. By far the worst cell service I’ve ever had with a company. Most of the time my calls don’t go through. I drop calls constantly. Texts fail to send all the time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND T-Mobile

Rozina was absolutely awesome as she took care of my family’s phones/watches. We switched over from AT&T because of their terrible service and she patiently explained the changes to our service, our charges, etc. She helped us for hours and we really felt like she cared about our experience. Much better service than at other places!

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had to date. My son was out of the country for three weeks so we had a temporary incoming call block on his phone because we were informed that even if someone left a message that would be a $.25 per minute charge. Was informed by Juan at the store that this would be an easy removal when my son returns home yesterday. My husband went to the store and asked one to please remove the block that my son was back home. He called customer service, and after a few hours said that the block was removed. However, my sons phone will still not accept incoming calls. He told us to give it a day turn the phone off and come back. I went by after working all day, waited in line and finally got Juan. Upon introducing myself and providing the information, he insisted on scanning a picture of my drivers license back in front into their system to prove my identity. I was very uncomfortable with this process I would’ve not had a problem, verifying my identity but for him to scan it in the system made me uncomfortableHe then told me I didn’t have a choice it was there a new policy After going through this, he rudely explained to me he told my husband yesterday he had already taken care of this. I explain to him that my son was still unable to receive incoming calls, and that I could show him if there was a problem with him, believing that he said no I believe it there’s just nothing else I can do. He said that I should call customer service and I ask him if he thought that that would be a productive call given the fact that he had already done it and they said they had removed it.He said, probably not . At this point, I was very frustrated because he seemed as if he did not care, and if there was no solution, I finally asked what I would need to do to cancel my account. He said I recommend you go to another phone company and talk to them.This was a very frustrating experience to be treated this way, and it’s hard to believe that T-Mobile does not care if they keep customers I have five cell phones on my account, but will certainly be going to another provider after this experience.My son is an Uber driver and I can’t called to check on him because T-Mobile did not care to help me todayConsumer, beware the store does not care once they get your money and sell you new phones they could care less if your service worksExtremely disappointing

Waited 40 minutes in a not packed store for someone to finally check on me and let me know they don’t have a phone in stock. Was the only customer waiting around.
