Went to go upgrade. My phone bought me a case and a pop socket from them which they are really quick to sell you them one week later my pop socket broke. I brought it in and they said there's nothing they can do about it. She went back to talk to the manager and the manager said there's nothing they can do about it it would've been nice to at least say you can buy another one for half off then don't sell a product that is so overpriced and breaks in a week if the product was $10, this would've been expected and I wouldn't have complained. But 30 dollars for a week. Save your money and go to TJ or Ross ha! So please do not buy any of their products. They can care less because it's not the products. Last time I go there.

Ok so I had came into this location to swap from Verizon to t mobile. My mom and I came in January 17th around 3:30. Long story short we were there 2 hours and it was a nightmare because Verizon had my phone number locked. We were doing the promotion where t mobile pays off the remanding balance on my phone. The manager that helped was super nice didn’t catch his name, however the female employee that helped us didn’t know what she was talking about. All I remember she was Mexican with long straight hair. When we were in store she told us it would take 30 minutes for me to get service. An hour later we call and get the same girl on the phone she then switched it up saying I’d get service in 2 hours. After 3 hours of not having service we called again. Same girl said it would take a WEEK for me to get service. This employee completely lied to my face and now I’m out service for a week because she doesn’t know what she’s talking about. If I would’ve known that was the case I would’ve stayed with Verizon. With her doing that it already puts a bad taste in my mouth with t mobile. So be aware doing this promotion because apparently it takes a week for t mobile to pay off the other carrier.

I cannot overemphasize enough just how professional we were treated and taken care of by Sophia. My daughter just returned from living internationally and we needed to get her started with a new phone while adding an international SIM card for a second line on the same phone. Sophia showed great patience, knowledge and true interest in understanding my daughter's needs and then provided all the different options to consider. She guided my daughter in an exceptional manner throughout the entire process. We were, without a doubt, completely impressed by Sophia's diplomatic demeanor and competence. In a day and time when most customer service people cannot be bothered to show even the slightest of interest or care, Sophia was a great reminder that wonderful people still exist in this world. Thank you Sophia for your professional and kind support. We sincerely appreciate it!

Worst customer service ever unless you are going to buy something. If you have any other issues they don't care. Just dismiss you and act like you're wasting their time. Disgusting.

My son was having issues with his iPhone I took him to this location. Alexis and Gen greeted us right by the door and offered me a seat. Alexis knew exactly was going on with his Device! I appreciate all the girls at this location!

Alexis and gen were very helpful. They answered all my questions and didn’t hesitate when it came to helping me out with upgrading my phone. I would definitely recommend this store. I will be coming here for anything in the future.

Horrible customer service from Alexis. I had an issue, and T-mobile customer service asked me to come into a store for help. Alexis refused to help me and, at one point, said she was "done". I asked for a manager, and come to find out, she was the assistant manager. I told her I had been having an issue for 2 weeks and to please look at the notes on the account or to call customer service with me to work with them on this issue, but she did not care at all.

I would highly recommend this store even if you live far away. This one is a little less than 10 miles from me, but it was worth the drive. Customer service was top notch as soon as I stepped inside the store. They helped me tremendously despite my situation and did everything they could to save me money. Romyn was excellent and friendly and very helpful and made sure I had a phone before I left. You won't be disappointed shopping here. Plus I'm getting better service for half the cost than I did at AT&T. I don't give 5 stars usually, but this store deserves it.

Do not go to this store if you have a broken phone! They tried to make me pay $110 for a replacement phone. I have a Galaxy flip phone, and it has broken twice now in 4 months. Before I bought this phone, I was told to make sure I kept the insurance, and I would only pay $5 any time my phone broke. They claim they don't know what I am talking about. They filled a claim on my behalf and insisted I pay the $110 to get a new phone. I will never go to this store again! They are not a corporate store and the workers have no knowledge about the products they sell.
