I went in there trying to beat the clock, as I only had a few minutes to spare to take care of what I needed to have done, "Add a line and get a physical SIM card for a BYOD phone". Ramon, being the rock-star he is, knew the assignment and handled that task like a top notch NASCAR pitcrew! Until I met Ramon, I had no idea that an iPhone SIM could be tactically reloaded with such precision. Keep up the great work, y'all!

My family and I walked into T-mobile expecting to be rejected and turned away like another cell phone company did (Verizon). ? instead we were treated with the uptmost respect and had the best customer service experience ever. Robert and Nick were great help, not only did we walk away with new phones, but we made new friends. T-mobile did a great job in hiring and training these fine young gentlemen. We already recommend several of our friends and family to visit Robert and Nick and they have, they were happy they did. Thank you Robert and Nick for making this experience a great one! ?

The manager Rick Molina was very rude and disrespectful, not honoring a coupon T Mobile sent me! He was very unprofessional and did not know anything about the Accessories promotion T Mobile is offering customers. If you don't like your job then quit! I will never go to this location and definitely made sure Corporate is hearing about this! No Rick the coupon said " Head to your nearest T Mobile Store for assistance. " You don't know nothing about your promos. You didn't even bother looking at the coupon shrugged me off like I was a Metro PCS customer or something. There was also a buy 3 get 25% off as well you didn't coach your employees about anything? This is why robots and foreigners will have your job soon.

Well I went to change my phone service over to my old s20 due to my s21 breaking. Keep in mind Im a sprint customer. Well the sup (I assume that since she was talking about being audited to another employee) was very rude to me and acted as she didn't want to help me. Made me wait while she helped other customers that were after me. Then once she switched the service she just walked off and didn't tell me I was done. So I go back the next week to pre order the s23 and this guy is telling me how he hates dealing with sprint customers. Then proceeds to tell me I have to do it online cause the system doesn't show s23 to pre-order. I asked does it come setup when I receive it. He said yes. So I hope that wasn't a lie

Ahmed was SO MUCH HELP. Not only did he help us on returning our router after going to several different T-Mobile stores that refused to help and that just kept directing us to a customer service phone number. He called customer service for us, stayed on the line and after the call he even offered to print out the label needed to complete the router return. The previous employee at that same store sent us away and said to call customer service. So THANK YOU AHMED. You were so kind and professional. Thanks to you we now have faith in customer service in 2022! You're awesome thank you again sir!

Been 2 months of very bad service after 3 years! We've been calling and calling and calling and they can't fix the issue. We were told to pick up SIM cards but when we get to the location they don't want to give us our SIM cards we were promised because we didn't have our ID. But we do have our access codes and they try to charge us $10 a piece when it's on our account that they are free. This makes me feel as if the person at the store was just trying to pocket the cash! Don't trust T-Mobile they're nothing but liars and they are not the leaders in 5G. My phone's brand new and it's 5G and I can't get a strong signal or even a steady signal unless it's late at night. Now tell me why is that I can get a signal at night but not at all during the day. If I do get a signal it's broken up. It takes me about an hour to connect to the internet when I get lucky enough to connect. But it only lasts about 5 to 15 minutes. Let's see if they respond to my review because it seems they only respond to Five Star reviews. That tells me they don't give a s*** about the customer. A bunch of scamming money pocketing thugs work for T-Mobile! Reminds me of porch monkeys! You'll waste your time and your money here!
