This store is a Mess, they make you wait for more than an hour for a simple copy, even that I paid for the quick service (because they charge you for that) after they charged me they told me “it’s gonna be an hour you can walk around the store”
None of the personal here knows anything, I asked for a couple of things and they said “I don’t know if we have that”

The store has the product, but the manager was quite rude. Me asking for help with printing information seemed, to interrupt her day, even though she was just talking to 2 other associates behind the front area. No customers were in this area. However, an associate, with her watched the whole conversation and followed me as I walked away to figure it out on my own. The associate was helpful, knowledgeable, and acted as though the company had hired her to assist customers with purchasing items, that they drove into the store to buy. I appreciated her kindness and patience.
Please retrain the manager.
I did purchase an expensive item and was given the information to order 2 more things. Do better corporations...everything is already going up in price. If you want customers, treat people with dignity and respect. You don't do me a favor when you help me with a purchase, that I am actually paying for!

One of the ladies at the print / return counter is SO unpleasant. Doesn't acknowledge you at all when you walk in, she actually sighed loudly when we walked in..and still didnt say hello. Then after she scans your code she just mutters, "do you want a receipt". She has done this several times. Very unwelcoming..because what did I do to you?

Placed an order then had to undergo an emergency medical procedure. Because i was unable to pick up my prints as quickly as they wanted they threw them away.
