I have been to this particular Starbucks only once before and picked up a couple of coffees ☕ caramel macchiato which is so yummy. Staff is very nice, they are focused on the customers that are starting up in the drive through and quickly! All around I like this store. The outside area could be cleared from debris but not bad overall.Parking: The drive through line fills quickly at breakfast rush time.

The coffee was amazing but the service was so so. The barista was friendly like I was bothering him. All I asked for was Splenda and a little more creamer.

They prepared the drink for me 2 times And they did it wrong to ONE of me, indicating the recipe with specifications that I have always requested before And all because the person who was taking my order was distracted Talking on the phone. My drink only tasted like heavy cream And not like strawberries And like other times, They prepared it excellently for me

Okay I'm a Door Dash Driver. I'm in and out of many places each month, last year's monthly average was 232 places a month and I took almost a month off. So why am I shorting service here by one star.I was there at the counter waiting for about four minutes, then two different Baristas asked who I was there for.. Several more minutes pass then I'm told "Somebody had picked it up and if they didn't press pickup it was their fault but it was already made and picked up." Like I was supposed to know this..I told them politely that I'd inform our support group. They had me assure their payment would be taken care of and to please remake the order so I could deliver it. They did with attitude but I remained calm.. And the customers were happy Starbucks got paid twice and I just did my job. No dissing the workers but they need to revamp how they do things their way while we are being told to use a code only we have. Instead of writing the peoples name in the bag and letting it sit there.

Met a friend there. I had a question about one of their new coffee offerings, and the staff was very friendly and gave me all the details. Even gave me a generous sample. The supervisor was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. I was very impressed with the service. Then to other Starbucks throughout the city and I have to say this one has the best customer service by far. I was there today around 430 - 5:00 PM.
