Terrible experience with their employee. Messed up my order and she refused to fix it. Never had a Starbucks that refused to fix my order until I came here. Def won’t be coming back after her little attitude.

I went there to order two drinks one for my son a grande and I order a venit we waited for our order my son got his and mines was wrong size I told the employee what and instead of just apologizing she lifts up the cup looked at it and she told me it reads grande you order grande with an attitude first I was wow by that response I know what I ordered. Instead of just saying my apologies let fix that for you. Then employee just looked me and said fine you need to paid for the difference. I got upset and just asked for a refunded. The employees made feel like I was the one in wrong and I felt like they were laughing at me. I believe in good customer, and being respectful.

It's pretty good. The drink there are ok but the ice cream drink (I forgot what it was) are pretty good and refreshing. They do take awhile to make it tho.

Starbucks at North Star is discriminatory. I like to going to Starbucks a lot of here are increasingly becoming racist. The batista today is white. She is racist . She takes 45 minutes to make my drinks. She does it sloppy. This Starbucks need to be retrain on not to discriminate when providing.

Very, very disappointed in this location and do not recommend it to anyone. After ordering a large Holiday Coffee, tall caramel brule latte. & a tall soy vanilla latte. It took at least 25 minutes - I received my coffee after 5 min wait. Meanwhile everyone ahead of me began getting their orders . I waited patiently to no avail. When I saw a gentleman that came in after me get his drinks I promoted to lady calling the drinks. She asked for my name and said it was being prepared or words to the effect. I continued to wait until everyone after me started getting their drinks . I went to counter and advised that I had been waiting over 25 minutes and that it's unacceptable that others were getting their drinks that came in after me. The young lady essentially tried to infer that it was busy ....I advised that it's unacceptable and requested a refund. Do not EVER go to this restaurant. Orders are not prioritized and the staff doesn't seem to hand a clue what's going on. Customer service is essential- their is no inherent reason. Why anyone should wait 25 minutes for a caramel brule latte. & a soy vanilla latte. What's worse no apology wa ever offered and no offer was made to satisfy me as I had waited patiently. I date anyone to go back and view the video footage - it will clear that Starbucks failed to deliver. I will never, ever go here again and don't recommend this location to anyone. Management should look at their best practices and mild d y surveys to figure out how to make sure store runs efficiently at all times - no customer should be subject to to this kind of service ever. I can't even grant a one star - horrible service period!

Thomas the Barista was rude and didn't follow the signature standards of Starbucks by calling the name of the customer's name which caused a lot of confusion when picking up drinks from the bar. Plus the location ran out of multiple snacks at an early part of the day.
