Closes randomly due to short staffed a lot

I ordered a "strong black tea" with steamed milk at the drive through and granted the person waiting on me was very pleasant but we didn't discuss tea options. I got my order and drove off to an appointment. When I stopped to remove the tea bags I realize they had given me Earl Gray, of which I am not a fan and even less so with milk. With no time to go back, I returned on Friday. Yikes! What terrible customer service! I went to the walk up window and after explaining, the young lady first said that she always tells the customers about the options available (not very helpful) and that "next time" I should be specific about what tea I want (true that) and "next time" I should call ahead to let them know I had a problem. I told her without the receipt I wouldn't have a phone number and was informed that I could go online and look it up (obviously true because I found the website to do this review). Next in her "scold the customer" dialog I was informed that her manager would probably tell her not to replace the tea, but she would do it anyway.Starbucks has always been known for their amazing customer service. I have never been treated like this. There will be no "next time" at this location and now that I am retired, over-priced drinks are probably something I can give up anyway. And while I am ranting, I really dislike this payment system that asks if you want to tip!

Order online but once I got there they told me they were out of the product, but had some earlier. Not sure what the point is of placing an order beforehand if it’s just going to be sold to other customers. No one even bothered to call as well, so I had to drive all the way there just to find out.

This Starbucks is never very busy, and has very friendly staff. Standard Starbucks menu, order has always been accurate. There is a drive through hidden behind the row of buildings.

I’ve visited this Starbucks location at least once a week for the past three years.Every time I visit, the team over achieves the expectation, I didn’t even know I had for the visit.Happy to see me, they know me by my name, ask how my family is, and sincerely wish be a fantastic day.My wait is short, my coffee is great, my food is hot, and I drove an extra few miles out of my way to visit because of my experiences.Jasmine! I bought a tall caramel crunch frap and for 6.44 to be exact it was mostly ice and whip cream! crazy. Go to McDonalds next door.

Awful. They charge you for half-and-half here to fill up your coffee if you get a tall in a venti. We actually ended up paying more for the half-and-half than for the coffee itself. Nickel and diming Customers is not the way to go. We won’t be coming back.

We love our Starbucks as a family! Hubby and I get the Hot Cafe Mocha warmed up and the Pumpkin bread. Kiddos like the caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino and the strawberry acai drink. We also enjoy the breakfast sandwiches and chocolate croissants. Oh and my little loves the birthday cake pops. Love that we can order online and it's ready when we get there.

I have to take two stars off because the service can be inconsistent, especially when it comes to following company standards. I worked at starbucks for 4 years, and we were the best store in our district. So I may be a bit more strict, arguably, but a standard Grande Latte shouldn’t have over an inch of foam. That means the barista didn’t let the steamed milk settle long enough. I don’t like to pay for liquid and get mostly air. Regular quality check, retraining, and actually having standards would help. There was also another instance when I ordered passion tea lemonades and they handed me clear passion teas. A tea lemonade is visibly distinguishable, and even when I asked at the window if that’s actually lemonade, they said yes.If it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing it right. Take some pride in your work and do it well.

Take out location with some outdoor seating. Good choice as the Whole Foods coffee bar is often closed.
