3pm on a Tuesday, holiday week and many people are shopping. The Starbucks in Target doesn’t allow ordering ahead so there was a dozen people in line patiently waiting. Alexa did a phenomenal job handling orders and making drinks all by herself. I praised her for a great job because you could tell she was rushing to get to everything. Upon leaving the store an hour later saw two new people at the Starbucks. Glad the shift change brought more, but Alexa deserves all the praise for holding it down.Staff better Target and Starbucks. Don’t burnout your employees.

This location is better than the standalone Starbucks right outside. Very friendly staff and most of the drinks are made perfectly.

Lines are long. They will rarely fulfill a Secret menu item drink. They'll say\\\" it's discontinued \\\". Yet, they have all the ingredients to make it. One reason I'm starting to hit the local coffee in town.

I don’t know what the big deal about Starbucks is, it’s literally not that good it doesn’t taste any better than the other drink cafés out there, sometimes they put too much milk in it, it just tasted like plain strawberry milk

I ordered an iced chai latte and it is honestly just overpriced milk. I’ve had chai from here before but this time it wasn’t the same, it has maybe a hint of flavor, but I watched the employee fill more 3/4 of the cup with milk. I’m not sure why I didn’t think anything of it, considering I never had this problem until this time coming back. I don’t really care for conflict, so I just dealt with it and drank it anyway. Too expensive to waste, and I don’t usually come to this location often enough for me to bother regardless.

This store was superb a year ago...now it's average (to me). Everyone took a pandemic hit and Starbucks assimilated very well. The COVID rules are in place and supported. The people at this store are polite, clean, know their products, etc. The real problem is that they often shut down the ability to order and they make mistakes and feel free to blame the customers. Their mistakes result in having to reorder and it costs the company. My advice: TAJE OWNERSHIP: when you mess up. Let the orders come / if you need more staff, hire. Having customers is a good problem to have! PS: if syrups are not available, why don't you know if/when they'll be available again? They finally filled in the 2 rock pits near the side entrance of the store: other accidents may be avoided.
