While I love Starbucks I absolutely hate coming to this specific location. Constantly and without fail I’m always waiting an obscene amount of time to receive my coffee. Today I decided to Uber eats to not wait in store. It’s been over an hour that my driver has been waiting just for the drink to be made. An hour. This specific location needs an overhaul of management or something. I just can’t understand how even in the hours where they’re not busy, I’m still waiting.

Drinks tasted perfect. Service was fast and friendly. The location appears clean and well maintained.Parking: Parking is free, but this location has a rather small lot, so parking feels tight, and when the drive-thru gets full, it can get difficult to maneuver.

Although this place is always busy, the staff is always friendly even though they are overwhelmed with customer orders. You can always see genuine smiles on their faces.

Super friendly staff! Accidentally ordered at the wrong location and they were so nice about it. Instead of making me drive to the other location they made my drink right on the spot.

Feeling very dissatisfied with SB today, perhaps it's because i tried a new coffee establishment with stronger bolder coffee. Unfortunately i visited SB and ordered a Venti White Chocolate Mocha and in all honestly i could barely taste the coffee....it was all milk and flavoring. It was pitiful considering i paid for an extra shot!Ive been a very loyal customer to SB and use the app for preorders weekly... but this last experience really rubbed me the wrong way... and im sure with their popularity they wont miss me.Additionally i tried to get my points for ordering my coffee and a quad espresso and the drive through lady said she could not give me my points bcuz she needed to scan my app before making the payment transaction..... pretty sad!Just a really bad day at SB.... Additionally, their prices are extremely too high.

It breaks my heart to write this, as I used to spend so much time here (happily) years ago. Nowadays, it's somewhere that repeatedly disappoints. The wait times are OUTRAGEOUS - with waits times consistently longer and longer for order ahead. It's a mess inside as well. This location needs to be reviewed.
