Where do I start, first off the customer service there is horrible. I call to get information about my policy and no one could help me because my broker was “fired” allegedly. I said allegedly because 2 months later when I have another problem with my service that broker that was “fired” answered the phone. Secondly I asked for a service to be removed and they “removed” it but just to find out I was paying for the service my WHOLE policy period. Thirdly they gave me a “student discount” and then after three months of paying my policy they tell me I don’t qualify for student discount and get charged what I was discounted. Lastly when I tried to cancel my policy they literally ARGUED with me because they were justifying not taking off the service, not qualifying for the discount. I don’t know about you but when they give me a price, as professionals I believe them and when they give me a different price months later (not when I was renewing my policy) it’s disappointing and unacceptable. I came to them because they are the “professional “ but in all honestly they don’t know what they’re talking about. I definitely would suggest going with a different branch or different company all together. I went with geico and I am now paying HALF the price with all the bells and whistle’s. I highly suggest to look elsewhere and don’t waste your time and money here like I did for 6 months.

I had an AWESOME experience with Stephanie from the start. She is very friendly, professional, and definitely willing to help and explain in and outs of the insurance world. She helped me in a moment of having to switch insurance companies from one day to another. The customer service here is so wonderful. I had some questions, and they were able to answer. They were patient with me as I gathered all my needed information. If I left a message, the call back was quick. I am very satisfied with this place and I definitely recommend.

Laura helped me switch from my old car insurance company, who was charging me way too much for the coverage I had. I was able to obtain a better policy with State Farm, along with a thorough explanation of my policy and on a life insurance policy. I truly feel like she went above and beyond.

I recently just signed up with State Farm for my auto insurance and got the chance to speak to Laura Florez who helped me and my fiancé process and learn more about the details of our insurance and what we were getting for what we paid! I never knew the details of state to state differences in insurance policies and the issues that come with being under-insured but she made it really quick and easy for the both of us. As young adults we kind of just brushed it off but she educated me about the risks of my previous insurance for past situations I nearly got into with my previous home state and what little I would’ve had covered! She was also amazingly kind and patient with us. We without a doubt look forward to continue our insurance with her into the future and couldn’t have been happier with anyone else that day.
