Arrived to pick up uhaul no one at front door locked, called several times no answer. Left several voice mails no return phone call. How does this place even operate with no one ever here. Wouldn't be the 1st time uhaul sent me here to pick up my uhaul. Just to waste hour in waiting for someone to arrive. Because they most definitely won't call you back. Don't water your hard eran money on a company that can't even hire dedicated employees.

Rented a U-Haul truck from this location and the pickup/drop off situation was really easy. I was looking for a storage unit and realized this place is in the area I'm looking for, and the prices on their available units are competitive and convenient.
