Even though there was only two people on staff they were fully present to each customer/ group that came in and were super fast at getting my shoes from the back. Super nice staff! I left feeling so happy!

Worst. Understaffed and the staff present are stressed which leads to rude. While I understand the struggles we in the service industry are experiencing, it does not excuse rude behavior.

Thought the store was open this morning, but I guess I was wrong. The store did not open when all the rest of the stores opened this morning at the mall. Tried to tug on the door and the employee didn't even look at me and tell me what was up. Probably will not come to this store again.

Never order items from the stores because they come directly from the warehouse and could take up to 10 business days for you to receive your packageI placed an order July 30th in the store for the shoe to be shipped out and it’s still in process. I checked online for status update and no order has been found.I called the store and they stated that they would call me back when they figured it out. They called me back to let me know that it shows in the system that it’s coming from the warehouse, why they didn’t see that when I called the first time I don’t knowI bought the shoe again last night online August 2 and it’s already been shipped out as of today. Delivery is Thursday.

Was a sales and stock associate at the la cantera location, hours and pay cut after revealed to Dolce Martinez the manager of the store that I was pregnant. Quit due to $300 off my next paycheck. Only concerned about her own income not her employees well being. She also complains constantly about customers and will refuse to let customers in if they just want to browse or don’t know what they want already. Overall negative and upsetting experience

Last time I called this store the woman I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful. She acted as if she did not have time to speak with me and acted as if I was a bother. I have many shoes from Steve Madden but do not like how this woman acted towards me. Not sure if I will go back to this store because of her! I’m big on customer service and first impressions!
