Have had several purchases over the years. Most recent was a replacement fan, that had a number of issues. Despite the problems, they kept at it and resolved them all. They are pleasant, accessible and competent . Recommend them highly.

More kudos for Brandon. I just called about a fan problem and he walked me through the fix, which involves replacing a capacitor, something I can do. Very helpful guy and it wasn't even a fan that Stevens had sold me. Many thanks.
