It was such a treat to shop for a new chandelier at Stevens Lighting! My husband and I were immediately impressed by the wide selection on display. Just when we'd thought we'd seen every kind of light fixture there could be, the sales associate, Rhonda, who was extremely pleasant to work with offered for us to sit at a table and browse through large catalogs of light fixtures! It was a lot of fun imagining the variety of chandeliers we saw, hanging in our home. Rhonda gave us sticky notes to mark the pages we wanted to refer back to and suggested some other ideas she had at her desk. Brandon, the one in charge of things stopped to hear the description of what we were looking for and found some great ideas to share with us. We are thrilled with the chandelier we decided upon as well as a lovely nightlight we selected and Rhonda boxed up for us. Stevens Lighting provided my wife and me with the best service we could have received. Gerard Rendon was very patient with us, as we wanted to transform an area to the left of our driveway. We felt that Stevens Lighting had the highest quality lights, and we were not wrong. We ordered ten Hinkley lights, which, in our opinion, are very high-quality landscape lights that will last for years. I am a DIY enthusiast, so I installed the wiring myself. Have had several purchases over the years. Most recent was a replacement fan, that had a number of issues. Despite the problems, they kept at it and resolved them all. They are pleasant, accessible and competent . Recommend them highly.

First time visiting the store as an electrician to ask about a specific type of light. I walked in and there was a lady on the front desk and a gentleman who was helping the only other customer in store. I stood in line waiting for my turn in the front desk but both employees completely ignored me, I waited 15 minutes by the front desk and was never acknowledged (the lady just avoided eye contact and sat there looking at computer) i started walking out and still not a word, so I decided to visit Turney Lightning where I was immediately welcomed by the 3 front desk employees and helped out.

More kudos for Brandon. I just called about a fan problem and he walked me through the fix, which involves replacing a capacitor, something I can do. Very helpful guy and it wasn't even a fan that Stevens had sold me. Many thanks.

Our kitchen monorail lights that we purchased from another company failed after about 2 years. The company said the lights could not be repaired and the product had been discontinued and replacement parts were not available. We had been to another company and received a quote in excess of $4k to replace. We were running out of options when we met Brandon at Stevens, we explained our situation. He said for the cost of a service call he may be able to salvage our lights and give us a solution. When he paid us service call he repaired the existing lights to use temporarily until he could find a solution. Within two weeks of our initial visit he fixed our lights that we were told could not be fixed. Brandon and Stevens Lightning saved us thousands of dollars and not only fixed our lights but they also improved our lighting.

Great selection and courteous, knowledgeable, helpful staff. I ordered several fixtures for new house and they replaced a small piece that was damaged several months after the purchase at no charge. I received some of the best customer I have had in years. I would highly recommend Stevens Lighting.

We are so grateful to Stevens Lighting for their superior service, selections and knowledge for all our home fans. They chose the best fans for us. We actually carried the fans to Costa Rica for our new home there. When we arrived and had an issue, one of their employees coached us over the phone to help the electrician. Later, one of our 9 fans had a slight noise. Again, we sent a video and now have a solution. Fixed!!!! Additionally, their prices are very good. I am a very happy customer and will continue to use them for my lighting needs.

I really don't care for the new type of lights that to me look unfinished, it reminds me of Christmas light bulbs, its just all the stores have as a trend. But, the lady employee was extremely nice and went out of her way to give me other places to look on the web.

Walked in, with bare acknowledgement. Looked around for 15 minutes. No help, even though 2 people sitting at desks. Was hoping to support a local business. But not here. Don't bother.
