I have been taking my son here for the past year. All of the staff from the therapists to the office staff are extremely professional. There is a clear passion for providing top notch care to all the children that visit here. If you are seeking support for your child make this your first and only stop!

The staff at Stone Oak are incredible from what we've experienced so far. They are always on time, attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. I love that they give updates after each session to keep you informed. My son loves going for his sessions.Updated review: We moved out of state and are no longer at Stone Oak Therapy, and my son misses it sooo much, as do I! We miss the staff who became like family. We miss the attentiveness and kindness, always. We miss every single thing you can miss about a place that felt like a second home for your kiddo.

Best pediatric therapy center in the country!!!! The office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They know all the kids and families. The therapists are amazing!! We haven’t had one we didn’t like and ever been going here for over a year. Our kids absolutely love it here. They’ve made significantly more progress at Stone Oak than any other therapy place we’ve tried over the years.

This place is beyond expectations offering a variety of services. My son attended there for years for therapies, and we are highly impressed with the well-trained staff and customer service. We started attending while we were military and continued using their services after separating. He has graduated out of their services offered but it made a huge impact on his life and everyday living. We still have areas to work on, but had he not been able to have their services he would not have progressed to where is today.Communication and services are top notch. After each session the therapist provide a short summary of how things went and when needed change the goals to keep things challenging/build on skills. The front desk is quick and knowledgeable when responding to any questions. One is his therapist was moving out of state, but the turnover was seamless. It was such a relief that he continued to make progress and the transition was a positive experience.The facility has an indoor play area, pool, swing, trampoline, and multiple offices for private sessions. They also use the sidewalk when the weather is fair (i.e.: outdoor play, practice bike riding, running, etc).The care given by the staff is heartfelt and they make you feel part of the family. This place is number one and highly recommended!!!

Amazing facility and the providers I can't describe how greatful I am to them. My son has improved so much! He has physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy there and I would not go anywhere else! Thank you!!

If there was a chance of giving more stars I would.The people make every encounter hopeful and comforting. They are all experts if their trade and smile as though they are taught to do so. No matter what services you require try Stone Oak Therapy Services and Behavioral Analysis first before you miss out on actual life changing impactful experience.

My son has been going to Stone Oak for a little over 3 months and I have seen a huge difference in him in such little time. He gets excited to see his therapist(s) and is sad to leave. The staff is very nice, always answers the phone, and it’s always quick to answer any questions.My son is 2 years old and speech delayed. When he went in he maybe said 1 or 2 words, and now he has at least 8+ and knows a couple of signs in sign language. I can’t wait to see what the future hold for him here at Stone Oak.Thank you!!!

So thankful for all the support Mrs. Shwiff offered my son and ME. She helped him navigate so many social situations and created and nurtured an environment where he could make friends in his group. I will forever be grateful to her for all she's done for my guy!

Stone Oak Therapy Services & Learning Institute is a full service therapy office with dozens of therapists. They offer speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and more. There is a gym and a therapy pool on the premises. The therapists are hardworking and devoted. The office can be a little hard to find the first time, because it’s entrance is at the back of an office complex.

My son has been going there for a few months now and has progressed so much. We are very grateful for such an amazing place. He has better eye contact, is communicating better and even helps pick up his toys now. He has a long way to go but we are very excited about his progress. This is the best place in San Antonio for therapy!!
