Customer service at its best. The online booking was giving me trouble, all worked out perfectly because the staff was happy to help. I would recommend using them if looking for a smooth unit to rent. Well lit and close by for quick access.

Joe is a pleasure to work with! I have a van stored in outdoor storage. I got a batch of payment reminder texts. I called Joe, and he looked up my account and confirmed my autopay is current and in good status. Joe always goes above and beyond! Highly recommend!

I am new to Storage 4U West. I have a small travel trailer and the storage yard where I had been keeping it had been steadily raising its prices every year. I finally couldn’t take it anymore and started searching for a new place. I reached out and spoke to Joe and found that there was an open spot at a very reasonable price available! I went straight over, sat down with Joe and signed the paperwork then and there. Joe made the process very easy and handled everything quickly. Thanks for your help Joe!
