Do not store your belongings here. I went to the unit a week later I got it broken into I filed a police report and they did nothing they would not compensate for my things that were stolen

I have been with Istorage for about 4 years. When i first moved in, prices were good. However, not anymore. My rate has been going up and up. Which i understand but what i cant accept os three rate increases in the matter of 6 months. Now my rate has tripled. I called to complain about it and was told they would not work with me. After 4 years of being a good customer. Basically was told you can pay it or leave.So i am leaving. Going to find somewhere else that wont try and screw me. They feel like they can raise the rates and you have to accept it because its a pain to move your stuff. So if you're thinking about moving your things here, i would recommend you find another place. They will give you with a good move in rate and then get you as soon as they can with increases!!DONT DO IT!!!

My climate controlled storage unit was unlawfully accessed using a crowbar by a follow tenant, in August 2022. The flimsy storage walls are not very secure as they are not reinforced with heavy duty steel frames. The poor design in framing and paneling should be cause for insuring your valuables if using this facility at any location. IStorage purchased this property last year from another firm who built this facility. The management is great and helpful to accommodate your storage needs.
