Disappointed that I went to I Storage and found our RV trailer damaged where someone attempted to break in. When I spoke to the officer person to report it and for her to go back & check the security cameras she indicated the cameras had been down but just started working that day. It seems it’s a waste of money if you can’t rely on security cameras without any kind of alarms nor does it notify anyone. So we chose to move to an open spot with more visibility but only to find out they charged us a fee. Doesn’t seem fair.
