Stay away from storage mart. Within 1 year our rates increased over 40%. You are better off selling your stuff. All of these places are the same. I'll never rent a storage space ever again.

Best feature: they employ an actual HUMAN at the front office during standard business hours unlike one of their biggest competitors (the one with with the orange logo). I LOVE StorageMart because I absolutely *refuse* to do business with greedy businesses that demand I do virtually everything online because they are too cheap to regularly employ human receptionists- and it baffles me why anyone would ever accept being given the cold (internet-booking *mandatory*) shoulder. This Storagemart is clean, has great rental rates, and feels safe with videocams everywhereMy only gripe is that the cart is very difficult to maneuver and you cant pull it, you can only push it and 1 employee claimed they had replaced the wheel/axle on it but whatever was done did not fix the issue because its still quite a pain to deal with and the cart is a *crucial* component to the entire moving/storage experience
