This store is one of the nastiest stores I've been to in a long time. The floors are dirty, the counters where the self serving food , coffee and drinks are, are filthy. There is trash everywhere. Whoever owns this store needs to come in and check this out. Smh. I can only imagine the area where the food is made. The bathroom, OMG!!! It's disgusting. I hope this is seen by someone who can turn this store around and make it nice for its customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is beyond disgusting. Been here once and never again. You walk in and literally don’t want to touch anything. Everything is dirty. They had about 5 workers and only 1 on register, so no excuse to have this place cleaned up.

This is worse store to come to, gas credit/debit doesn’t work outside, manager /worker is rude, yelling at her employees jn front of everyone in line. Will never stop here for anything! Horrible service especially coming from a manager!

This one star review pertains to the car wash located on the same property as the Stripes store. Do not use this car wash! It did not wash my car! Less than 2 minutes in, it’s telling me to exit the stall.

Horrible customer service. I hadn't been to this store before, and the ladies at the registers were extremely rude and constantly yelled at me when I asked for assistance. Customer service skills and empathy need to be greatly improved.

I’d give this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for the kid that works the register that thinks he owns the store ? Along with the other 4 items I was purchasing, I grabbed hot food items and a gallon of water for a homeless person outside the store. The kid said he couldn’t scan the water so he would just scan something that I was purchasing that was more than $1 more than the water. What? You’re going to charge me more for something because YOU can’t scan the item? So I said I’d grab another and he proceeded to tell me that it was only .30 more. I told him it wasn’t while I was walking to grab another gallon and he said he just wasn’t going to serve me. Missed out on a $20+ sale because he wanted to act big and bad ? Went to the Murphy Express down the street and bought what I was going to buy at this Stripes there and brought the stuff back to the homeless man outside. Also, the guy at Murphy Express said that people are always coming in and complaining about that kid smh. Do better!

Laredo Taco sign says Taco Plate $8.49 ANY 2 tacos...but when I tried to order a barbacoa and Picadillo Taco, was told those cannot be part of Taco plate. That rule is no where on the menu.

Have a sign gas $2.89 with a gift card.Went in got a gift card to use for gas. Did not work at pump, went back in lady said should work at pump she did it inside. Went back out to pump gas did not notice till almost done gas was $3.16, not $2.86. Reg was $3.19Did not have time to go back in a third time. I have to get back to work.. SO SAD. PRICE OF GAS GOES UP WITH COUPINS AND IN THIS CASE A GIFT CARD.

I stopped by with my son to have some tacos 3 people working not one aknowledged us we stood there a good 8 min and no one spoke to us they kept making tortillas the lady just talking to tortilla guy the man making tacos never looked up...i understand they are working on orders but let us know that youll be with us or it will be a few min...so rude never going back..higher mngmt needs to see what goes on in their stores...today is sunday jan 15th this was about at 10:40am stripes at city base

I am a public health nurse who is a professional witness and I left a message on the store phone, reported this establishment to corporate, and also health code enforcement. Health inspectors will be arriving in 3 to 4 business days.
