I can't rate anything but the service because Juanita at this location decided that she closes shop at 9:45, even though the app and posted hours show 10p. I have never encountered anyone so rude and miserable!

Asked if they had the footlong pretzel, I was told yes , charged and paid. Soon after the employee realized she had no butter , asked if I would still want it. I respectfully said it’s not good without the butter and salt and asked for my money back since they didn’t have what I wanted. They refused to give me a refund. They got word from their manager that they don’t do refunds. Their is nothing is that establishment that say “no refunds”. Please teach your employees and managers better . A refund I a simple action… am not asking for to much.

People working with a bad attitude and no hair nets. Girl with long pink hair and extra long nails with the worst attitude and rude af! Left food when she complained about prepping our subs.

I have been eating at Subways since the late 80's and I have never had a worse experience than this one. They were out of the cold cut combo meat, out of several other meat, and oh out of potato chips. That would be like a McDonald's being out of hamburger and fries or a pizza place being out of dough, cheese and sauce. Then they were incredibly rude. Every one who works here should be fired and Subway corporate should revoke the franchise. Congratulations this is the worst fast food experience in my life.

All workers and manager were all extremely rude to my grandmother and also another lady who spoke only Spanish… do not recommend going here..

Some lady was making two sandwiches at the same time one was open and halfway made while she was making the other one she reached over to grab more ingredients and her arm was rubbing the inside of the other sandwich touching the cheese and meat and I thought that was disgusting so I said nah I’m good I’m leaving . Nobody wants your arm rubbing the meat inside their sandwich disgusting! And when she cut the bread in half she used her arm to hold down the bread so her arm was laying on the bread while she cut it in half I’m sorry but you have gloves on for a reason and that reason being I don’t want your nasty hands and arms touching my food . She was also very rude and told us to wait because she has 3 orders to make before she takes our order and the sandwich she was making wasn’t even mine it was someone’s online order so I hope whoever you are that you enjoyed that old lady’s nasty arm germs on your sandwich. I was going to tell her something but I didn’t want to start anything so I really loud said “nah I’m good” and left . I’m sure she understood that she was making the sandwich in a unsanitary way unlesss she’s dumb or something . DO NOT EAT HERE ! Whoever was working on august 29th at 7:00 pm need to be fired because this is disgusting. If she would of taken her time making each sandwich she wouldn’t have been rubbing all her nasty germs in someone’s sandwich!

The employee that made our food (Jacob) was exceptional. He handled a very busy dining area with grace and professionalism, even though he had no other staff on hand to assist. Poor planning on management, but I commend him for his service.

The employee Jacob was really efficient and really helpful... by far one of the best subway employees I've ever had the privilege of meeting and helping me with my order. It's really upsetting that they (subway company) have him working by himself in such a busy location, but my hat's off to Jacob at the walmart location.

The manager or supervisor she was amazing she was very nice and fast and subs were delicious. I will always buy subs from this subway and not the one by the washateria on Woodlawn. The one on Woodlawn is not as good the workers aren’t as on point
