Do yourself a favor and go in and watch your sandwich made. I made the mistake of ordering through the app. Asked it be toasted. Everything is cold. Clicked no sauce, she put sweet onion all over this thing. Ordered extra meat. I can see the two regular scoops. So EVERYTHING i asked for was not done. Young mexican girl. Didnt get her name. 03/22 11:45. Can we get some basic training at this location PLEASE.

The young man Noah was so helpful and kind, he made my steak and cheese and made great conversation with me. It’s been the best service I’ve had at a subway in years! This young man made my day.

If you order online and don’t leave a tip, they give you stale bread! And God knows what else. I have ordered twice from the app. Both times I have had very stale bread. I have deleted the app. Everyone was asking for better than minimum wage. Now that everybody has it, they are now asking for tips for something that tips would not have been given years ago. This has gone too far!

I hate doing bad reviews. The young men who were working both had AirPods in both of their ears. Listening to my order appeared to be a challenge due to that. The counter tops and soda station was filthy. The sandwich was ok....but I was highly disappointed in the service.

July 19 myself and grandson went into Subway on Wetmore. We both ordered a foot long black forest ham sandwiches.The manager proceeded to yell at a male employee twice in front of myself and the other customers dining in. I tried to intervene, but she ignored me probably because she was so consumed in yelling. After the employee went to the back I got her attention and suggested that it's not good to yell at employees in front of customers. She said the food behind the glass needs to be fresh. All was fresh and looked good. She was yelling at the employee about the sandwich toaster. The employee looked scared and embarrassed. Again, I reminded her that treating her employees like that is wrong. She went in the back area and continued to yell at him. This was very uncomfortable for me also. A second employee finished making my sandwich. I had asked for the sweet onion dressing to be placed in a small cup. I paid for the two meals and left. Upon getting home I saw that the dressing was not included with my meal.Message to the manager: Your actions that day did not correctly represent the good name of Subway. Your employees are NOT your children. You and your employees working together accordingly makes for a successful business.Could your attitude towards the employees be the reason for the low 3.6 rating. This has to be an actual joke of a fucking restaurant because I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches and this is what I got! To the kids working here your moms a hoe and I hope you get hit by a car on your bike ride home

Employees were so relatable and friendly and went above and beyond the normal expectations. Only reason the atmosphere star I gave a lil less was because anpther customer or someone complained about the music they were playing being too loud and that killed the happy mood. Leaving it silent but still friendly!!!

The cost of the food at this location is more than any other location. I was shocked to hear my total. With so many locations I will not visit this one again. It's not like it's the nicest area in town. The employees were great ?

Not only was the food good, but the employees are so respectful of each other and the customers. I heard the way they were talking to each other and it really touched me how they spoke with each other with so much respect. Hats off to their parents and management. Good job you all!!!????

The employee that helped us was nice & accommodating. Both sandwiches were good & she followed our instructions on how we wanted them perfectly. We wanted some cookies. I was actually taking a picture of the cookies because they looked so good when I saw a fly was inside the cookie container. Not their fault, but just kinda gross. The good thing was that when I told the employee she at least cared enough to open it up and get the fly out. She also apologized about it. What do you do? Flies go wherever they want & at least she did something about it right away.
