Order 1 foot long sandwich and was charged twice cuz the young man behind the screen did not know how to work register and stated it would not charge me twice . Bank statement shows it did. Charge me twice called the store and a week later. Still have not heard from the manager. All the subways that are franchise owned the owners never want to help make a wrong situation, correct.

As a verified Google reviewer, I have a deep appreciation for Subway. My family and I are regulars at Subway, and it's always been a place that greets us with warm smiles. However, my recent visit to this particular Subway was quite disappointing. The atmosphere was noticeably negative, and the employees seemed unhappy, which was a stark contrast to my previous experiences.Even when I attempted to engage with the employee behind the counter, her demeanor remained unwelcoming. Not a single smile was to be found. Now, let's talk about the food. My wife and I have our go-to orders; she prefers the BMT 6-inch, and I always opt for the ultimate BMT footlong. To my dismay, this time, it seemed like they cut corners on the meat, something I've never encountered at any other Subway location.Based on this experience, I can only assume that it's an issue specific to this particular branch. Regrettably, I won't be returning here, and I'll be advising my friends to do the same. I paid $11 for what was supposed to be the ultimate BMT, but as the attached picture shows, it fell short of that standard. It seems I should have been charged for a regular BMT instead.

I go in and order from the menu four hours before closing. They tell me it is to latte to order that sandwich. I drive down the street couple miles and that Subway gives me my order.The owner and management need to oversee their business.

At first I was addressed by a covid masked young man. I a senior citizen with trouble hearing did understand a word . However there was a very helpful Rose who was able to help me .The masked young man helped some other customers and were able to communicate.I rather like that particular Subway .Thanks for your service

Went last night after working a 12 hr shift out of town and I was immediately greeted with attitude from Nia! Very very rude and lazy from how she talked to me and how she was making my sandwich! Upon checking out she literally threw the sandwich towards me. If you don't like your job than do something about it! Will not be returning to this location again!
