Do NOT under any circumstances go to this store.If I can upload the video, I wouldI placed an order online and when I arrived, they said they didn’t have the order. I have proceeded to show them on my phone, the order and the order number, along with the details of the order I was then told that it hadn’t been charged and I need to order it again. I showed them from my banking app that it was charged and the woman was so incredibly rude and the younger girl started making the sandwiches. I was asked what cheeses and I said whatever it comes with the older manager who’s in the picture came back and said you didn’t have mozzarella and you lied and you’re stealing and you’re going to pay for it which I was in shock about I asked her name and then she told me it was none of my business and I needed to leave her store.I am not a contentious person, and I do not review negativelyThis woman should be fired and has no business in any type of service environmentI repeat, do not go to the store, drive another half a mile and go to another one.

Ordered mobile, both sandwiches were wrong. Put in for reorder and /CALLED THE STORE/ and they still made them both wrong. Clearly reading and listening comprehension are not a requirement.The woman I spoke to also was trying to rush me off the phone. I just asked for two ingredients to be removed and they kept adding both of them to BOTH sandwiches which were different.

I have never been to Subway at 10:30am but found out it was open this early and decided to treat myself to an early lunch, since i didnt have breakfast. I was the only customer. The lady didn't seem to happy to stop what she was doing to assist me.I ask for a footlong roastbeef sandwich on white, American cheese, tomato, cucumber, ranch dressing and salt/pepper.I got charged for a garlic roastbeef sandwich #17 which is $2.50 more than the regular roastbeef sandwich.I usually spend $13.00 including the tip. This time I spent $16.00 including the tip. I tip because I think it's courtesy.I should have went back in when I looked at the receipt in the car but I was already disappointed in this place.So not only did I feel uncomfortable being in this restaurant, I got over charged.I will not be returning to this location. And because of people like her, I will not tip at Subway anymore.

First time trying subway in a long time, I usually do jimmy johns. Portions seem much smaller than they used to. Also I'd done an online order and asked for extra olives but got none. Pretty disappointing experience

I find it insulting that you people charge $9 for a veggie footlong but 3 pieces of cheese won't cover the bread. Your veggies look like they're expired, and your girl was RUDEVegetarian options: Your veggies are old

Not great quality. The service is great, but the portions are always off. I ordered a footlong and asked for tomatoes and cucumber, I was given two slices of each. Compared to other locations this one seems to really undercut the portions of the sandwich, not sure if they're trying to save money or something but it just doesn't seem right when I'm already paying close to $10 for a sub.I definitely will be passing on this location from now on

I've never had a problem with this location. I order online and when I go to pick up my order, it's made and ready for me to pick up and walk out. The food is standard Subway, nothing to brag about. Great for lunch.

I had such an amazing experience! Drew (the employee who made my sandwiches) was the absolute best! I am very particular with the way I have my sandwiches made and she did it in a perfect speed and never once showed that she could be annoyed or bothered by the way I like my sandwiches! I left a good word with the manager as well. I ❤️ love coming to this Subway when she is working! Quick, fast, and correct is what I get! You couldn't ask for more than that.

One of the BEST subway sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. I got the tuna footlong and the young lady building the sandwich was nice & made it perfect. The ingredients looked and tasted fresh. Everything looked clean too. The bread! The bread was perfect! Perfectly proofed and perfectly baked. I will be back to this location they are doing a great job. I see some past reviews mention an employee, don’t let that be the reason for low stars. Pretty sure I didn’t deal with the employee that’s hurting their reviews. Employees come and go & people have bad days, nobody is perfect, but this bread was perfect.?

I absolutely love coming to this place! The atmosphere is so inviting and the staff are always so friendly. The food is always delicious and I always leave with a full stomach and a smile on my face! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal and a great time.

I have not received a correct order from this subway on Callaghan for the past 3-4 orders. There is always multiple ingredients missing and I never receive extra veggies despite me adding them in my order.Finally got to ask the woman owner why and they do not give out extras since it is at no cost to customers.When I asked to pay for extras, she denied my service to pay for it.When I got home 2/3 of my sandwiches were missing multiple veggies and cheese as usual from past experiences. The tuna which is what customers supposedly only pay for was a joke.When I called, the owner argued with me, talked in circles then hung up the phone and would not answer again. I was at work and could not go back. Do not go to this subway if you want a correct and satisfying order. The owner will not fix any mistakes. You have been warned

Menu prices don't reflect what they'll charge you and when I tried to bring it up to the manager, she was EXTREMELY rude and threw my receipt back at me while I was eating. Never coming back to a place this disrespectful.

Walked in to a SPOTLESS store and Caleb immediately greeted and advised he would be right with us. He gave us knowledge on the app and told us what good and new sandwiches we’re available. We will definitely be coming to this location again l.
