Service was great. Blanca was really sweet to me .However it was way too hot in the building which is a health concern. If the food can’t be kept cool bacteria grows. Turn on the AC for heavens sake ! Employees shouldn’t be sweating away.

Walked in to get a sandwich and the lady was super rude. It got worse as we went along so I just walked out.

i’ve ordered from this subway 3 times now and it’s really good! everything is always fresh and made the way i specified. i usually do to-go orders and the people who work here are always very kind. the drinks and chips are usually stocked too! place is always clean as well. i can count on this subway to make lunch or dinner easy!Parking: parking lot shared with the other places (little caesars, etc) but there’s lots of spaces to park!

Sandwich is gross meat is hard and dried out and the olives were no good! Wish I could give 0 stars.

This location close to UTSA. Although same setup, does not accept most coupons. Staff change constantly, most likely due to their student and semester schedules.Sandwiches made to order n cookies are good n filling. Store clean. Take out n dine in available. Bottled n fountain drinks, and chips for purchase. No alcohol.One annoyance of mine... when watching server build order, the glass viewing areas to the fresh add ons is obscured by promo stickons. Also, Subway now advertises Freshly Sliced meat (twice daily), but know as the day goes on those scheduled fluffy slices that are moved to the 'assembly' area still look like the previous pre sliced, packaged, and shipped units as before. (Still good tasting) But I could be wrong.... If only I could see it better through the promo ads.

Ordered online last night October 14th, showed up 15 minutes after, order wasn’t even started. Had to wait 10 more minutes for it. Mind you there was only 2 customers in the store. There was 3 other online that were done but mine wasn’t touched. The staff was very unprofessional. My drink that I ordered online said no ice and the young lady put ice in it. I told her I would be pouring it out bc I didn’t want ice and she said “we’re required to.” Like no you aren’t. Quit lying. This location is just very unprofessional. Management needs to step in quickly. Also wearing booty shorts where you can barely seem them but your subway shirt covers them is very unprofessional and looks disgusting. Not a professional location!!!

This subway location is to be avoided at all costs which is a shame because they are the ones closest to my home. To start, the oven has never worked correctly though it is a "little" better than it use to be last time I hit this location a couple of years ago. Like most subway locations, they for years are normally short handed, and the employees completely unmotivated which living In a TX red state I doubt the front line employee is making over $11 an hour as the customers stack up waiting hurdling insults and sighs at the single employee . The thing that sets this location apart aside from the complete inefficiency of the corporate subway model and now the have added the Online Orders with no upgrade to their work flow to handle this is that this location is by far the worst run I have experienced. They were/are constantly out of bread, constantly out out of veggies, and their closing time just, "depends" on who is working. I hadn't been to this location in almost 2 years and the other day (don't want to hurt the employee with a specific date) thought I would check to see if things have changed. As I walked up to the front entrance the light went off and it was closed at 8:19pm.... Shaking my head, still business as usual I see.

Horrible experience. Placed order for 4 sandwiches online for store pickup. Sandwiches were all made wrong. The toppings were wrong, cheese and bread are wrong and when I called the store to complain, the person replied said she is the manager and she was very rude. She told me I gave you what I have left. I was like what do you mean? So I order something and get something else. Why didn’t you let us know you don’t have what we ordered? She is like there is no phone number so I asked why she didn’t say it when we picked up sandwiches and she was like what do you want now. I said I want you to do it right. So she just hangs up the phone on me and I tried calling store 3 times after and no answer. This is unacceptable! I will put a complain on subway customer care website.

The dirtiest subway ever.The restroom, floors and tables were disgusting. Employees on their cell phones while not making sandwiches.

Good service but the manager on duty could have been more helpful. Then only other worker was swamped with customers while the manager slowly put a box of chips away.

Mustard packets was expired so it was hard when it came out, cookies were stale, and the ham did not taste fresh.

Your sign says open to 10pm. On Google your hours are to 10pm. But you routinely close at 9:40. Tonight I went to see a hind written note on tapped to the door, says "were closed" but the employee is inside ?♂️

Ordered Supreme Meats. Sandwich came with only veggies, no meats at all! When I realized this there was no employees in the front. I called to the back 3 times before the young man came out front. By this time I was a little upset. I explained the problem and was told "I'm not going to do this with you. You need to leave." Understand that I was upset but not abusive. He refused to remake my sandwich or refund my money. He said that I ordered only veggies. He then threw what was left of my sandwich in the trash. There is so much more to this storyEdit. Before I finished writing this review, the manager Justin came back and listened to. my story. He fixed my sandwich and promised to speak to the young man who made my sandwich.

If I could give a zero I would! Unfortunately this is THE worst restaurant/fast food I have ever ever been to!If you wanna know why you’re more than welcome to give it a try! 0 Customer service 0 food quality 0 availability on everything even napkins! 0 cleannessJusT Horrible.
