This particular subway does not treat their employees with respect. I’ve been in the line and I’ve experienced the managers yelling at their employees. The professionalism at this subway is terrible. I hope they see this and fix it before I make another complaint.

Terrible experience. There was one worker during the morning breakfast sandwich rush. Took at least 20 minutes, when worker toasted my sandwich she just left it and started a whole new sandwich, letting my sandwich completely cool down and ruin it all. There was another worker just chillin in the back doing whoever knows. The worker was also in a dreadful mood as well. Honestly the whole experience put my whole day in a bad direction

I'm not sure of the specific reasons but the staff was extraordinarily rude today after numerous visits without incident. I'm not one to leave reviews normally but it felt as if some sort of repercussion should be made for how they treated me.

Very rude staff member. Name was Ms. Carol. The young lady in front of me was very soft spoken and when trying to order, Carol rolled her eyes and said “you’re in the military and you still talk like that, speak up” right away I was shocked but I didn’t say anything. When it came my turn to order I had two different orders and when I finished my first order and let her know I had another one she rolled her eyes and huffed. I started to read off my phone my order all the while she was complaining under her breathe and when I called her out she walked away. I cancelled my purchase and asked her coworker her name and the co worker didn’t give it to me because she said that all of us didn’t know what we wanted so that’s why her coworker was frustrated. I understand being frustrated but I know the young woman in front of me and I did not deserve the attitude, especially because we were being polite.

Struggling! Sunday morning, BMT graduation. I would think probably one of the busier times for this place. 4 people working. 1 cashier, who cant get the orders right. People returning the food. 1 working the drive through and the counter takin the complaints and returns, (I feel bad for her). 2 cooking one looks like he is in training. Needless to say 30 minutes to get my wrong order. Ate it anyway...it was cold. Came here the day before at 0930 and lights were off and doors locked, hours said they were open but nobody was home. I think its a shame that the manager thinks this is how the military and their families should be treated.

I normally like burgers and fries in general. But my first time here and I didnt like it. I ordered the Jr. Whopper and med fries. Both the burger and fried were bland. I tried dipping my burger in ketchup and still was bland. Service was okay despite it being super busy on a Friday. Literally, everyone and there mama go to Burger King. You also have to keep in mind that there are Basic graduates with their families and tech schooler/TDY students that come here. Super Busy in the afternoon.

Great subs great servers except for Janet. I've had good conversations with her before until she started working at subway. She has a terrible work ethic and attitude towards customers. Janet got mad that I took a paper cup and put water in it. She said I stole the cup and made me pay $1.50 for water. Maybe she's mad she has a highschool job? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The manager, Janet, was extremely rude to me. She continued her conversation with her fellow employee while I was trying to tell her which veggies I wanted on my sandwiches. She would then proceed to say “huh?†and “what?â€, nearly yelling at me due to her side conversation she was having. You could clearly tell that she did not care about serving her customers. The other employee took 5 minutes just to come out and get started on my sandwiches. She, too, continued her conversation on the side. I was also never given a receipt. With that being said, I will not be returning and I strongly urge everybody reading this to go to the Subway in the main exchange.
