Did a reservation etc for my father at 3:00 he was not seen till after 3:30. And yes he was on time. There was only one hairstylist on duty in the whole salon. I waited in the car I witnessed five gentlemen peeping their heads in asking a question and then turning around and leaving. If that was my business that would upset me too many customers not enough employees seems to be the issue on this Sunday. On the other hand the haircut was fine and once he got in the chair it was quick.

I had come here a few times prior to my most recent visit and they were great. This time however Karen had a chance with my hair and she ruined it. I've got 3 layers on one side and 2 on the other. The reference photo I showed her looked NOTHING like the final product. Not to mention she would not stop talking, like seriously. I wasn't able to tell her what I wanted exactly because she never gave me an opening. And every time she started telling a story she would stop cutting my hair and just stand there doing nothing. She also decided she wanted to show me a picture of her 50th birthday cake, which took her around 3-5 minutes of scrolling on her phone to find. I never asked to see it. I just wanted my hair cut. She also never blended my hair out and quite literally just chopped my bangs. I will not be returning to this location.

went for a trim on Friday "Karen" cut 2 inches when I got home my family told me there were a lot of on even strands. went back today Sunday now me hair is shotter on one side from the other. Karen you say you're a professional but you don't know how the cut hair. very dissatisfied. would never recommend

Let’s start by saying this was my first time going here , today is my daughters bday and she wanted a simple trim went to this location there was literally absolutely no one in there except the hair dresser , signed in and was told she would be with us in a few minutes. Was totally fine with, then she calls my daughter to have a seat until another lady walks in and demands to be first because she stated last time she waited 20 min , the hair dresser literally tells my daughter to wait and seats the other lady !!!!! We left ! I think that’s very rude and very unprofessional definitely will not come back
