My boyfriend has gotten most of my jewelry from here and paid a pretty penny for them. The clasp to my bracelet broke and I had it for a year already. They would not fix it, they said they needed the original box and the receipt to fix crystals if they had been broken. The lady also said my bracelet had looked worn out so it could not be replaced, when all it needed was a cleaning. We decided to switch jewelry brands after this because you can get better warranty at places like pandora or even James Avery. I do understand they might not have a jeweler to fix things, but that should be mentioned. I loved Swarovski and I’m kind of sad to not be a customer anymore, but money is hard earned and to be spending hundreds of dollars on jewelry to not be able to be fixed is something that the company should work on.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. Horrible customer service. The older lady didn’t ask me if i needed help with anything. She saw i was young and assumed i was going in there to waste her time. I saw this beautiful bracelet and i was trying to get her attention and nothing she finally turned around and said “you want to buy that” like what?? I just left it and walked out.

Love the jewelry. However, they would not fix my earring that broke. I think when you spend the amount of money on their items, they should have a fair policy on items that break; similar to James Avery.

I wouldnt purchase anything with a chain, it tarnishes and the warranty only covers the crystal. The materials are cheap now, sadly.

Not to be confused with the Warofski, which was a war between Austria and Switzerland over the rights to certain skiing resorts, back in the skiing heyday (not sure which day it was, but a lot of people say "hey" to me that day). This is located inside the NorthStar Mall in San Antonio, and is a handy little place to pick up or browse through some expensive AF mall jewelry, if that's what you're looking for. When Barbie wants to wear some glamorous shiny jewelry, she gets cheap knock-off stuff, but still we do like coming in here to browse and see what kind of stuff is available and what she might like to get in future.

Always a great experience here. The salespeople are extremely knowledgeable and most importantly PATIENT! Definitely sign up for their club as it discounts some really great items and they notify of special releases.
