I'm glad I don't have this insurance and never will. One of your insurance carrier hit my car while I was inside a building working and nobody in the car. I called to make the claim, they told me they were going to call me and 3 days later nobody has called me and when I called and ask for the claim number they wouldn't give it to me. I guess they are looking for my lawyer to call them and get sued

Yikes. I bought their top end GAP Coverage and we are going on 3 months since my car was totaled and they continue to drop the ball. Their people told me they had all they needed to pay the claim, but they didn’t, so instead of call me to say they messed up, I had to call them 2 weeks later to see what the hold up was. Candy Howard, the manager told me she would call over and make things right with PenFed, the bank that was the loan provider for the car, and that she would do it on Monday, 3 days after our call. She didn’t. I called another 2 weeks later to see how the call went and she ended up making the call later that day before she called me back. Now I’m getting threatening calls from the bank wanting their money and all Candy and her incompetent team can tell me is “well we paid it on 4/12 and it can take up to 2 weeks to process.Avoid this company.
