I visited this apartment complex today to inquire about leasing, and I was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism. The staff member I spoke to didn't greet me properly or offer any helpful information. As a potential resident, I expected at least basic courtesy and assistance. If this is how they treat prospective tenants, I can't imagine the experience once you're living there.

I recently moved in, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. The staff made the entire process—from paperwork to move-in—so simple and stress-free. Everyone in the office has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The community itself is beautiful, peaceful, and filled with friendly neighbors. It truly feels like home already. I’m so glad I chose to live here! ☺️

It's a great place to live. Sync at Nobu station is very close to HEB, 1604 and 281. Very kind staff. Cool apartments. Also, affordable rental prices. I highly recommend this place. Hope this helps newcomers.

With the amazing staff and sense of community, Nobu is home. You can't beat the location. So much growth still, and only a few minutes away from places. Quick to get where you need to be. This'll neighborhood makes you feel safe and friendly neighbors. I'd recommend to live here to anyone!

PLEASE READ BEFORE CHOOSING TO MOVE HERE!!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. I lived here for a little over 2 years. They have sorry landscapers they leave trash and paper all over the complex once they cut the grass. They also has a bird problem, they are everywhere. I couldn't even enjoy my patio because they took dookies all over it. There is always trash under the stairwell and around the buildings.The breezeways in the building were always dirty and pieces of the ceiling in the breezeways of the buildings are falling off. The buildings need to be renovated on the outside they look terrible. The rain from over the years has damaged the buildings on the outside. I had to call to the front office to get someone to pick up the trash around the building I lived in because the maintenance people that work for them acted like they didn't see it. I saw multiple big roaches in the apartment while I was living there. I saw 5-6 big roaches in my apartment in one night. They claim they spray the apartment complex every Thursday, but I dont believe that at all based on the amount of big roaches that I saw in my apartment during my stay there. They also dont enforce people picking up after their pets. You will see massive amounts of dog dookie around your apartment building. My AC/Heater unit went out last year and I put in multiple work orders while it was in the cooler season because summers in Texas can be brutal, but anyway they sent the maintenance people up there two times to access the issue, so obviously they didn't know what they were doing. I called the front office to express my concerns because for the amount of money I was paying I was not going to be hot. The property manager Erica Castanellos told me that they had to send the maintenance team up there to the apartment to access the ac unit again for a third time and I told her that they had already accessed it twice already and the problem with the unit is still happening, so I had to get my lawyer involved to get anything done which makes no sense at all. Another incident happened where a window in my apartment had cracked from wear and tear on the building and I noticed it one day I put my blind up. I reported it to them and guess what they slammed me with a $460 charge and told me that I was going to have to pay it once I moved out. Those apartment buildings are no where near close to being brand new lets just be real, so I didn't understand that. Don't even think about doing a month to month basis at this place because they jack the price up so high where you cant afford it and you are forced into another lease.The management sucks big time need to hire an entire new management group all together. They also like to lock up the dumpsters where the residents cannot access it and throw away their trash and when you question them about it they will give you some crazy excuse ( Paul Rivera a leasing agent there told me the dumpster was for city use only) these people are crazy I would definitely not move here. They definitely pay people to give them good reviews, dont believe the luxury and modern words that they flash all over their website and the fake five star reviews. They definitely don't care about good tenants or your safety, all they care about is the money. They will send flyers out about safety concerns if alot of people start to contact them about it, but nothing will be done. People's cars were getting broken into and strange people( possibly human traffickers) were riding around the complex looking for unsuspecting ladies, Paul and Erica proceeded to tell me that 2 SAPD officers lived out there which heightened the security at the complex, I dont believe that bs for one minute. I also noticed weird people inside the dumpster digging through people's trash, I reported to them and nothing was done about it. Don't ask me to contact yall in yall's response either and don't say you are sorry about my experience because all of yall are working together.

The most wonderful agent Ann- Marie was professional , courteous and extremely helpful she made the entire experience of getting into my appartment so easy if you come to this location ask for her . I highly recommend this location too the unit is amazing and the pool is awesome

My wife and I have not lived in an apartment since 2005. We are currently in the middle of homes. Just sold one and building a new one, so we plan to be here for 6 months. Ever since we walked into SYNC at NoBo Station we felt welcomed and at home. Everyone is super nice and we were, and still are, assisted by Jessica. She has helped us with everything and made the move-in experience seemless.With selling our home at the same time we really needed it. Jessica and staff and are available anytime with just a simple text. They are very responsive and they care. We look forward to a wonderful experience and I highly recommend SYNC at NoBo Station.

I've been here for over 8 yrs now. The people in the office Erika, Colleen, Jessica, Anne Marie are very knowledgeable in what they. Anytime something in the apartment breaks down it's fixed promptly thanks to the office staff.

So far everything has been great, quiet community, along with neighbors. Plenty of parking. Ladies at the front office were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. submitted maintenance request which the turn around of completion was satisfactory.

This is my second unit I’ve lived at in this complex and the first time was alright , but the unit we are living in now has been nothing but a nightmare . I was informed I wouldn’t be able to move into my apartment on the move in date because they were having issues with the previous tenant . I was nice and understanding with them and we pushed the move in date back . So move in day comes around and our apartment was smelly ,dirty , stains all on the carpet , roaches ,broken microwave ,and the air conditioning wasn’t working even though I was told it was move in ready when it clearly wasn’t . After that we just kept having more and more problems with this unit. To name a few of the issues there’s been broken toilet ,broken porch light( that still hasn’t been fixed after 5 months ), running toilets , leaky sink , a leak that caused me to have a high water bill and built up mold in the wall , and a dishwasher that leaked.The maintenance team is rude and rushes through work orders without actually fixing the problem and the front office employees will act nice to your face, but it’s all a show they put on when in reality they don’t seem to actually care about the residents . Instead they act as if we are annoying them by trying to have them fix problems we have since we pay “luxury” prices , but this is NOT “luxury”living . Seems like they only care about money and not you as a resident . Look elsewhere if you want to have an enjoyable living experience. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.
