My wife and I have not lived in an apartment since 2005. We are currently in the middle of homes. Just sold one and building a new one, so we plan to be here for 6 months. Ever since we walked into SYNC at NoBo Station we felt welcomed and at home. Everyone is super nice and we were, and still are, assisted by Jessica. She has helped us with everything and made the move-in experience seemless.With selling our home at the same time we really needed it. Jessica and staff and are available anytime with just a simple text. They are very responsive and they care. We look forward to a wonderful experience and I highly recommend SYNC at NoBo Station.

I've been here for over 8 yrs now. The people in the office Erika, Colleen, Jessica, Anne Marie are very knowledgeable in what they. Anytime something in the apartment breaks down it's fixed promptly thanks to the office staff.

So far everything has been great, quiet community, along with neighbors. Plenty of parking. Ladies at the front office were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. submitted maintenance request which the turn around of completion was satisfactory.

This is my second unit I’ve lived at in this complex and the first time was alright , but the unit we are living in now has been nothing but a nightmare . I was informed I wouldn’t be able to move into my apartment on the move in date because they were having issues with the previous tenant . I was nice and understanding with them and we pushed the move in date back . So move in day comes around and our apartment was smelly ,dirty , stains all on the carpet , roaches ,broken microwave ,and the air conditioning wasn’t working even though I was told it was move in ready when it clearly wasn’t . After that we just kept having more and more problems with this unit. To name a few of the issues there’s been broken toilet ,broken porch light( that still hasn’t been fixed after 5 months ), running toilets , leaky sink , a leak that caused me to have a high water bill and built up mold in the wall , and a dishwasher that leaked.The maintenance team is rude and rushes through work orders without actually fixing the problem and the front office employees will act nice to your face, but it’s all a show they put on when in reality they don’t seem to actually care about the residents . Instead they act as if we are annoying them by trying to have them fix problems we have since we pay “luxury” prices , but this is NOT “luxury”living . Seems like they only care about money and not you as a resident . Look elsewhere if you want to have an enjoyable living experience. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

The leasing office consists of the most professional, and loyal and dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction. Ann Marie, Jessica and Paul have always helped with paper work, maintenance issues, and provided the best living environment I could ever imagine. I am on my 2nd lease renewal, and have no future plans of moving. These three are willing to help in anyway! I recommend Sync Nobu everyday and twice on Sunday! I also have to rant about Collen, she was just a leasing agent when I first moved to Sync at Nobu about 2 years ago, and watched her climb the ranks to Assistant Property Manger. Well deserved, and earned and the right person for the job! She helped and made my renewal a breeze, and took out the extra time always assist in paper work and address issues within the complex. I watch her along with the leasing agents do ride around a to help fix and address any issues and have seen first hand any issues get resolved in a timely manner! They make living here a great environment!

I have lived at these apartments since August 2022. I personally have had a few issues, but nothing crazy or nothing that you wouldn’t have at another apartment, but the real problem is the maintenance team. It seems like they’re cutting corners. It was taking months to get a work order Which was really stressful for us. Finally, they hired new management, new people, etc.. and the work orders were getting done a lot quicker, and I was very pleased by that but now I’m starting to wonder if they’re really taking care of the problems. The first picture that I posted is from the work order I had put in because there was black mold, growing in our vent and it’s starting to grow on the walls. I put the work order in and very shortly three maintenance guys showed up, said that they took care of the problem. I’m gonna smell some chemicals, but it will get cleaned out. And I’m like perfect great thank you. Now I don’t know much about maintenance but I do know what paint smells like. I was very suspicious that it took them less than five minutes to fix a black mold problem. So I went to the bathroom to check the vent and realized that all they did was paint over the mold that was visible and called it a day. I am asthmatic and I get a lot of flareups and inside the home is so important to have clean vents, dust and air filters. So I decided to unscrew the vent cover, and when I pulled it off, I realized that they did paint over the cover that showed the mold. All on the inside and all inside the wall was covered in black mold. I understand laziness, but when it comes to someone’s health and hazardous, I don’t know how it’s possible for maintenance to overlook that just to close out the work order. I am so baffled!!!! And with how much mold was inside the vent I am wondering how much mold is in the walls and maybe other areas that I haven’t even noticed yet. Be cautious and check everything before you move in.

I've been living here for almost 2 years - and LOVE it! Friendly neighbors, everyone is respectful and an overall quiet community. The office staff and maintenance team are always friendly and helpful! I would recommend this community :)

I have been living here for 6 months now and i have loved every day living here. Staff is polite and very responsive when there is an issue and they are quick to fix/ ressolve the issue i have. My fellow neighbors are nice and to themselves as so am i. I continue to be living here for a long time!!!

Love these apartments! Lots of upgrades in apartments. Very clean looking property. Great location;easy access to highway. Staff very kind and willing to go over and beyond to answer all questions to provide great experience.

I'm in search of a new apartment and heard about Sync at Nobu from coworkers. Jessica was my leasing agent and she was wonderful! She gave me a tour of the grounds, answered all of my questions to make sure I felt comfortable. The only issue would be my distance from work, but working with Jessica, I may be willing to overlook that.

Horrible place to live to begin with Collin Assistant Manager and Erica Castellanos Property Managers, the worse Managers ever. Neglecful, disrepectful to the client, rude, incopentents and totally worthless. Overcharging is their asset and their maintendance department is a disaster!

NEW RESIDENT (08/31)VERY UNHAPPYso far i’ve had nothing but issue after issue with my unit, it wasn’t even ready on move-in day (see photos) a week later, i’m already dealing with plumbing issues and what seems to be incompetent and unknowledgeable staff. work orders are marked complete when obviously the unit is untouched; they’ve been in my apartment 3 times for the SAME issue, which still isn’t fixed, yay :) hate i just signed a 14 month lease here, as i’m deeply regretting it. i’m already browsing for a new spot and i’m pooped from moving. the only thing that has gone “smoothly” was them taking my money. “nobu”, i would NOT recommend.
