T mobile company just sucks in general please if your thinking about switching over DONT!!!!!! My family all got with Tmobile and got new iphone and galaxy phones and they told us the Galaxy's would be free if we purchased the newiphone then when my mom was paying her phone they started charging for those other phones they said were free now my mom is stuck paying 3 phones off if she switches they will lock the phone or she has to continue paying 2000 for the iphone which is absurd because that wasnt what we were told when buying the phones she has only been with them 3 months and so many problems they hang up on us when calling about our issues and always have attitudes also I had a problem with them and left exactly why I switched to Boost so anybody and everybody dont have to take my word but go to Boost while your at it they dont charge extra for late fees either and they have good high speed internet GO BOOST !!!! ??

This place has a lot of employees that are Rude and theirs a women that works here and she has blonde hair she’s very loud and very out spoken and kinda disrespectful I would rather go to another location to be honest

I was told about a about promotion that wasn’t even for my current provider and was charged to start this said promotion just to find out I’m not eligible and they thought they were doing me a favor to send me EarPods but can’t even use those either so I’m still stuck with my current provider and lost 25$ and have EarPods I can’t even use cause I have an iPhone 14 not a 15 worst experience ever!!! Was told a manger would call me in 15-20mins and never got a call back. Trust me I will not be going back and I will be telling family and friends to avoid this carrier

These employees are on the ball. From the minute I stepped in, I was greeted and had a person helping me immediately. They resolved the problem, and I was done. Great job people!!!

Went to this location yesterday to upgrade my iPhone. Tyler(guy with tattoos and gold watch, and gold chain) helped me. Well he clearly did not helped me because he was too busy on his phone constantly texting.He did not answer any of my questions. Looks like he had to be somewhere important and didn’t even try assisting his customer. Very very bad customer service. Manager also didn’t care that he didn’t give a good customer service.Looking at the previous review looks like this is worst t-mobile location to go to. Many people receive bad customer service.Also if you don’t speak Spanish forget about getting help from people working in stores.

All star team!! I called around and they had what I was looking for and when I went to the store they had everything ready for me ready to go! I was in and out with a new phone plus internet within 30 mins! If your looking for excellent customer service, helpful people that care about your business come to this T-Mobile store!

Worst T-Mobile.. kimora was so rude as heck..She kept getting loud and looked so annoyed because we didn't understand some things she was asking but either way we dont know about phone so she had an attitude about that..They act dumb so they don't have to change old phone for a new phone for promo than they say the phone can be cracked but has to turn on ECT..she so I had another phone with me to trade in. She tells me I have to come back tomorrowbecause the system went down. So I asked her if it just this store or she says it's worldwide I was like oh dang ok I come back my husband calls after we left calls them and she lied saying she didn't say that.. she basically called me a liar.. I was with my mother in law so my mother in law even heard everything she said. We were trying to get the revvl 6 pro 5 g..than they said the new phone doesn't come with a charger that I can buy one for $20.. anyways went to a different store 1, they ended up taking my phone that didn't turn on and had cracks 2, they were so nice 3, the revvl 6 pro 5 g came with a freaking charger.. they said no system was down. Don't go to the commerce and Gen Mc Mullen T-Mobile. They know their workers act like that with all these reviews but they don't do anything about it to them..so they continue to act like that and treat customers the way they do...

If you want the worst service, ask JESSICA to serve you. She really was very rude to me and my husband. He spoke to us really badly and in front of more people than there were at that time and the worst of all was that the manager was there and she didn't do anything just because we don't speak the same language, they think they are superior to us. I could see her face and grimace of mockery and on top of that she told us why we returned to her store. because we asked something else again. really worst tmobile service. So I have no desire to continue with you.

Worst store ever I was lied to . I've review on another review . In can't even talk about it any mireo . The guys name was Tyler and the locations n was Commers and General McMullen. He gave me a panic attack by the time I went to my car it was a full blown attack.

Horrible service. I was here a week ago. Nice girl helped me she said she was new. Came back today to see about upgrading my phone. I didn't get his name but had glasses on. Just rude, condescending, know it all tone and attitude. Acting like he was doing me a favor even talking to us. Walked out, he obviously didn't wanna help and they obviously don't need my business at this location.**6/22/2023: went by today, thought maybe service has changed. They were busy, I'll give them that. Nobody, I mean nobody acknowledged us, nobody offered to put us on a list, nobody did nothing, not even a hello or even look at us. We just walked out after standing there for a bit. I'll drive to a different location knowing I'll get good service.

Went in to see if I could get rid of a couple of lines and they told me I have to call customer service because they can't do it in the stores anymore. I have a free line when I first started service and she said if I cut those other 2 lines I would have to pay for the free line. I stated that I may have to get a new service provider and she said "go ahead we don't have you locked down to our service" Ok then...lol i just may do that...lol I then called customer service and they fixed my problem.
