I needed new phone mine was full, their suggestions weren't anything I hadn't already tried like deleting apps. Then they were not helpful in getting me a new phone that I could afford. Kind of take it or leave it attitude. I didn't feel that they cared one way or another. What happen to the days when a business wanted to keep their customers?

I live over an hour away but when I like stopping by this store in my old neighborhood because they always are very nice and polite to me, other customers and each other and answer all the questions I have. The one in Seguin that is by my work is annoying to stop by because the women are rude and always seem to not get along.

Walked in,checked in THEN I think we became invisible because the employees then ignored us. No ETA, they weren't busy. Confusing I had no idea what the process was. So left disappointed, more confused and with no phones

Well i needed a new phone and I don't like doing things online. I was the 1st one in the door. The selection of phones is pathetic. Hmm Samsung or Apple. Sad. $800 ph $1600 ph ok we'll settle for Samsung (!) cause I wanted an android. Customer service was ok... But here's the main issues that were NOT explained and NOT RIGHT... $35.00 connection charge really. I'm buying a replacement ph at t-mobile and I'm sticking my tmobile sim and SD card in it and I have to pay $35.00 connection fee. Hmm. Now here's the total ripoff that nobody talks about... SAMSUNG...the salesman didn't say anything. Reviews don't really mention it. EVERY phone needs to be charged right!? Every phone I've purchased has come with a charger ESPECIALLY when technology changes. NOT SAMSUNG...! No arrogant Samsung gives you a USB-C to USB-C cord... That's it. No mention anywhere (Or by the Tmobile employee which is totally agregious) THAT IT IS NOT A NORMAL USB-A TO USB-C cord included in the package. OR that it's new fast charging technology and requires a NEW SPECIAL CHARGER THAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE. It does mention in really small print on the back of the package that wall charger or headphones sold separately. Well me being tech challenged and impatient with tech issues... AND my phone not being able to charge above 20% AND a fight with my girlfriend because she was sick of my complaining and had to research the issue only to send me BACK to Tmobile to end up purchasing a $70 charging bundle. Absolutely ridiculous that the ball was dropped on SO many levels on this purchase and the overpriced accessories for my convenience. Note: My girlfriend who is the long time T-mobile customer, vowed to not ever purchase a Samsung phone because of this and she isn't fond of Apple...

Ariana went above and beyond for my friend, he was in a terrible accident and has a hard time talking she helped him set up his pin to his new debit card and even helped talked to the operator to make the situation easier for him, t-mobile these are the type of employees that make people come back, thank you for hiring such considerate people kudos to you Ariana, thank you

Other employees seemed kind and helpful, but the particular one who assisted me when I walked in to purchase an $800+ phone on 03/17/23 was pushy and rude at times. His attitude changed when I would say no to getting a Samsung Watch or not accept the insurance that raises the device monthly payment from $33 to $50 (device insurance in general is very limited to what it covers). Once I purchased the device, it felt like I was being rushed out of there and wasn't helped with fully transferring data from my old phone. At some point, he questioned why I was reviewing the charges for activation fee and taxes. I work in the finance industry and accustomed to reading fine print and reviewing numbers meticulously. I am also accustomed to interacting with sales people, and the worst sales behavior is acting pushy and make it obvious to the customer it's all about your commission and how much you can get out of people by taking advantage of those lacking financial literacy; The insurance is automatically added without asking the customer and going over if it's beneficial for them to purchase; It's up to the customer to say no, but most may not know this. I will purchase my next phone online and transfer my own data now that I know how to (hopefully not anytime soon). People complain about impersonal transactions taking over and the related job losses, but sometimes it's better to do things online. Tech isn't my field and thought seeking experts would be beneficial, but many things can be learned online on our own ?♀️.

I called customer service to switch the new phone number I received because I needed a different area code, well the representation told me she couldn't do it and that I needed to go to the store.Well I went to the store and they wanted to charge me $35. I guess that is a new thing now. I never had to pay before to do that.They also told me that they do it for free, IF I DO IT OVER THE PHONE ?So, there is some some miscommunication somewhere between the stores and their online customer service ?

My mom and I went back in September for an upgrade and were helped by Adela. She speaks Spanish which was a plus, especially because whenever I translate, I tend to miss some important stuff. Adela helped me for a couple of weeks regarding some issues that arose when I upgrade phones and an apple watch. She communicated effectively and ensured everything was resolved! I have been with T-mobile for over seven years and Adela has probably been the most helpful representative to have assisted me!

Customer service was 100% amazing! Angel was very professional and helpful, he went out of his way to help us! We're very happy and satisfied with our T-Mobile services. Angel really sold us on buying new phones and offered us the best deal, thank you.
