They lied about the promotion just to make a sale don't trust these lot. Record everything. It happened on Nov 20 around 6pm still expect me to pay a restock. Reported to better business bureau update tmobile customer service told me to file a police report!

Very unprofessional, witnessed them being absolutely rude to one customer. One of the workers I believe his name was James, came out of the back office and started arguing with an older lady all because he didn’t want to help due to her coming in 30 min till closing time. She was extremely upset and instead of giving her a calm, peace of mind he continued arguing with her in a very snarky manner.They wasted my time for about an hour instead of just making the sale happen. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. Whoever the manager is I would really reconsider who your staff is. If you’re going to be in customer service you actually have to want to service people.

Attempted to help a special needs customer and manager Jason was rude, abrasive, and unhelpful. I am shocked as other TMobile locations have been overwhelmingly kind and understanding. Jason, nobody should be treated poorly.

I've been with tmobile for about four years, and they seem a little shady, like call me up and say I qualify for a free line only to find it on my bill a year later " that was my fault for not checking earlier but they said free, in my defense i have a business account with 20 lines" and they were charging me 30 a month.And that isn't the only time something like this has happened.

Extremely poor customer service, lack of follow through, don’t expect them to go to lengths to help their customers at all, even when the manager of T-Mobile customer service calls them and tries to rectify a situation that was unacceptable. They still would not do anything. Very poor customer service.

Poor service I would NEVER recommend anyone to buy at this store. First they don’t know how to connect the product they sale, second they have you coming back and still dont know what there talking about AJ is rude they just give you the run around

I went to the T-Mobile store at 4525 Rigsby Ave #102 •San Antonio, Texas 78220I went to this store to buy my daughter a new phone. The sales person talked my daughter into getting a watch too. Once I got home, I noticed a text thanking me for the new phone line. I was expecting that since we bought the watch. I then received a text thanking me for two additional lines.The next morning I called the store to inquire about the extra lines. The person answering the phone said they couldn’t help me unless I went to the store. I then called the T-Mobile operator number (611) to see if they could help and save me a trip to the store. I figured it was just a mistake. The gentleman on the phone was very apologetic, but he too stated I needed to go to the store to fix the problem.I then created an on-line account to see what I could figure out and actually saw the three numbers created. I called the 611 operator again, but this time I knew a bit more about the situation. It turns out; the store clerk not only added the watch phone line, but also added home internet and an iPod 710 line. And of course, I was going to have to pay for them.After speaking to the second 611 operator, I was able to cancel all three lines. I no longer want the watch that was going to be mailed to my daughter sometime next week. At this time, I am not sure I am going to stay with T-Mobile. The sales clerk intentionally added the extra lines to up his commission at my literal expense.

Rude lady working here didn’t want to get out of her chair and do her job at all. I basically had to ask her to get up and get a pair of air pods. They sold me a defective pair of air pods. Had to take them to apple to get it replaced. Glad I got the warranty. Lesson learned. When buying apple products, go to apple. Not T-Mobile. Especially this location

Thanks to A.J. at this Rigsby location, my wife and I had absolutely the worst visit we’ve ever had to T-Mobile / Sprint store in almost thirty years of having an account with them. He was repeatedly quick and clear to let us know that T-Mobile doesn’t give away phones. When that was not what being asked of his small minded self.

Great service, went in to fix a financing issue with my daughter's line that we've been trying to fix for 2 months now. Very frustrated to have to go back to t-mobile again to fix the problem. But this time Kyle was able to fix the issue. Most reps in store refuse to help you and direct you to the customer service line. Kyle took it upon himself to take care of the issue first hand. He spent over 30 mins on the phone explaining the issue in detail with customer service and was able to get to the bottom of it. I'm very happy he was able to help my wife and I out. And I absolutely appreciate all his efforts. That's true customer service. My wife was very happy to get the problem resolved and you know what they say? Happy wife, happy life lol. All in all this was an amazing stop in and we will definitely be coming to this location from now on.
