I got a Samsung s23 ultra phone and it was damaged. Let's see if they tell the truth and change it. I've already had several bad experiences with them and I'm already thinking about changing and telling my friends about my experience with t mobile.

I will continue to come to this location because as a customer who’s not that tech savvy the staff was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions about upgrading to a new phone. They truly listened to my needs. I’ve been to other locations and haven’t received this type of service and left very satisfied. Everyone was very friendly and exceeded my expectations.

All the Staff was super helpful, Robert and Kaylyn specially, they helped us transferring from another carrier, gave us a great deal and helped us activating and ordering new phones. Highly rec this store

Park T-mobile staff is super friendly and energetic. I’ve been to other T-mobile stores and haven’t received such great customer service. Yani assisted me, his customer service was amazing. He made sure my needs were met and was respectful of my time.

The sale agents are awful. Not only are they slow but will tell you any lie to get you to think that the product is worth it. I wish I went with my gut and left. There are far better T-Mobile then this location. I swear you will do better going to another place.

No customer service. With only 2 customers in the store, the sales associate failed to acknowledge that we walked in. As a 24 year customer- I’m extremely disappointed.

Worst customer service. I don’t know what else to do but write several bad reviews. I’m trying to cancel my plan and I’ve been transferred several times then hung up on. (Over 2 hrs on hold) they can’t help me because it’s a business plan. That I will be charged for a full month when the cycle started 2 days ago and they can see there has been no activity on the 4 line. Never again. Do no sign up for T-mobile business worst if it’s a 3rd party signing you up! Best thing I’ve done is to switch to Verizon!

I recently purchased a 23 ultra 5000 gb.phone and a party box. I always come to the north park store by Blanco and 410. All sales associates are great but i always go with Alejandro Aguiyo he is excellent at what he does and a very well mannered young man. He has always answers all my questions and helps with any problems I cannot figure out. I wanted to let t-mobile know that they have an asset with Mr. AGUIYO. When I arrived, a worker told me I could have a seat(people were seated). I was standing. I eventually had a seat but wasn't helped after twenty minutes so I left.

I suddenly could only see my contacts M-Z, everything before that was gone, deleted, vanished.I went into the first Tmobile store near me at the time which was at Loop 410 & San Pedro and had the good fortune to be helped by Kaylyn. She was amazing. It didn't look good at first but she didn't give up and managed to get all my contacts back. Thank you for your perseverance and your help. You are amazing
