I asked for the set with the bow and got the ones without because the nail tech couldn’t draw it. At first i left , but then went back because I was not happy and the nail tech attempted to fix them after blaming me for his delivery.

Assigned a seemingly inexperienced young lady who clearly wasn’t ready. She should have been supervised. They were out of the fragrance I selected but only admitted it after I pointed out she had the wrong set. The pedicure was passive. I had to ask to have the callouses attended to and it was half done. Left there needing a pedicure. Manager, or lady in charge, disregarded my concerns. I won’t go back.

T-Nails is a typical nail spa...the staff is kind...professional...my whole family goes here...they take extra good care of my elderly parents. I recommend this business and their services, I've never been disappointed.

Be sure to ask how long the wait will be before you agree to svcs. Arrived with a friend. I asked for a manicure for me and a fill for her. She was taken immediately. I waited 20 min before they told me that there wasn't anyone to do my nails. Of course, by that time it was too late for my friend to leave with me. Disappointing.

One of the worse nails salon my girlfriend and I have been to. Nails looked nothing like the picture we had asked for and was asked to pay $65 for it. We nicely told her we didn't like them and she started being rude because she said we "wasted" her time. She agreed to take it off and charge us $30 then at the register changed her mind to $45. Very rude employers and bad experience. Avoid this place if you're looking for a simple design.

I would rate them 0 stars if i could. I went in on the 16th of October for an acrylic set, and the guy did it, and at first, it was ok. He cut me once on my pinky, and my nails looked ok. But he didn't remove the cuticle. The paint job wasn't that neat, there was chunks of unpained acrylic on the side, and he left a gap at the base between my skin and acrylic I wasn't super happy with them, but they were "ok." i was like whatever ill deal with it. They were cheaper than my normal place, but i get what i paid for, right? Then, by the 18th of October, i really just was not happy with them. It looked like i had the nails 2 weeks, not just 2 days. So i decided to go back and ask if someone else could fix it. Just add more acrylic back to my skin and touch up some of the paint that he missed. No big deal, right? WRONG!! This guy argued with me for about 20 minutes, how it was my skin and he cant put it on my skin and how he has been doing it for XYears, and that's how every ones nails look blah blah blah. And he was yelling and getting mad at me. Finally, i just said if you won't fix it or can't fix it, just give me my money back so i can go somewhere else that will do what i want. The lady said i can't get my money back, and that if i keep arguing with them, im not going to be allowed back! Him and another lady continued to argue with me, and finally, the lady "redid" it. She filed everything down and started doing it. She didn't hurt me (honestly shocked she didn't cuz the way they were arguing with me) or anything added the acrylic all the way back like it should be, and it was going well... until she went to smooth out the acrylic she added. Made my nail super thin and removed all the acrylic from the base that was originally the issue i came back to fix... my nails ended up WORSE than they were from the guy. I really had high hopes for this place. My MIL goes here, and her nails always looked good except this last time she said the guy did it, and again, he left a gap. She just said she wasn't going to let him do it again, but even at that, they still looked nice. But idk why mine did not. It's not like the design was difficult. And even now, they look even worse. But i can talk on here forever and say whatever, but the pics of my nails can speak for themselves.... the pic up until the lifted nail was after the lady "fixed" them. The last 4 were from today (11/2/23) the others are from a few days ago. Like i said, im just very disappointed in the whole situation. I probably wouldn't care so much, except the nail techs were very rude and wouldn't admit nor correct their mistakes. I will not be going back!

I’ve been to so many nail salons over the years. Low and high end “luxury”. Jo is extremely talented. Not only is she gentle, she really makes sure to do her best work/ takes her time to give you a great experience.The salon’s prices are also very fair. Thank you Jo I only trust you with my toes!

The very next day my nail broke was very upset had to go in and pay for it to get fixed and at that they didn't do a good job and rushed into doing my nails and paid way to much for them to look tacky and break next day

I waited an hour and a half only for this rude asian man to tell me he couldnt do dip because it would take too long and he had to pick up his son. Do not go here, the whole staff is rude and their services are not that great. He also ignored my friends request to paint her 3rd nail a different color and not use the machine to remove her nail polish.

Drove to 3 different places in town before I ended up here. One had me wait in cold water for an hour, and one required masks (which I respectfully decline to wear). This place and the technician were superb! She was very detail oriented, taking the time and care to do excellent work. She even fixed my polish when I accidentally hit a bar under the drying table and messed up the pinky toe. That is good customer service! :))) Will be back!
