Pump 1 broken screen No keypad
Pump 2 looks like someone broke into it, it’s no longer locked up properly.
Pump 3 torn off hose
Pump 4 torn off hose
Pump 5 blocked off probably has something broken
Pump 6 looks like someone broke into it, it’s no longer locked up properly.
Pump 7 no credit card reader.
Pump 8 untested.
No paper towels in any of the paper towel stations on the fuel island.
Front door - smashed and broken glass and has been like this for weeks now. Floors used to be a nice light grey tile now are getting blacked out so bad and whatever they are doing to clean them isn’t working. The lights in the parking lot don’t work and my truck got broken into while I was eating once.
One good thing is they have alot of nice people working here. The food people the Truck service people and the store people are all very nice.

This is likely the worst TA in the country. The bathroom was remodeled a few years ago but they didn't bother fixing the plumbing. Putting a piece a tissue in the toilet will clog it up. Today I watched clear water turn brown and the toilet filled up. Meaning dirty water came from somewhere else. Also the lights out of the truck exit have been out for a year. Someone is going to fall down the steps and sue. You can't see anything at night.

Attention all truck drivers please don't come to this TA for any kind of service the two old lady at the front desk are extremely rude if you asked them for anything or the time for your truck service for long would it take it more they will be extremely rude and threatened you by calling you your company plus their service is very slow I waited at the shop for an oil change up to 5 hours
And I missed my pickup appointment
I wish I could them a zero star ⭐

Was there today, October 14, 2025 and ran into the most disrespectful person ever as a cashier. Her name is Shay, I went up to pay and had two items that were marked $7.99 each or 2 for $12.00 and when I told her se was over charging me she rolled her eyes at me and went away. I immediately asked for a manager on duty and the other cashier there told me they didn’t have one!! Worst service ever!!!!

The TA inside seemed very nice and everyone was very polite but the outside parking lot is a freaking mess. More drop trailers here than they are loaded trailer it seems like spent almost $100 here but could not find a place to park till someone pulled out because you have so many dropped Amazon trailers, flatbread, trailer, and empty trailer setting everywhere. It’s a shame this is a truckstop. I thought not a drop lot but I think TA could do a whole lot better job or they’re paying Customer other than the freeloaders Drop the trailers and go home

Got a grease job on tractor on 09/24/25 at this TA. Week later noticed my lap top was missing ( hadn't used on trip ). Called TA and explained I had a missing laptop top and I believed the only place and time my truck was unsecured was there in shop. They were very nice and said they would look into it. Got a call from shop manager Jeff to let me know that he had went through the extensive camera video and proceeded to give me a minute by minute report of what he saw ( which was nothing bad ). I thanked him and hung up and sat there scratching my head. Well... next day just happened to glimpse the very top of the lap top sticking out from a gap at the back of the cubby hole in sleeper. It had fallen through an opening at the back. Well I sure felt stupid even though My conversation with Jeff was not rude. I still felt stupid ( rightfully so ). So I called shop and let them know what happened, spoke to assistant shop manager Justin. I apologized and thanked them and asked him to tell manager Jeff. Also told him I was going to give a well deserved review to them. Thanks guys !

They no longer have mobile delvac 1540 they switch to castrol oil . So no more oil changes here. And they won't be carrying it anymore.

Got a shower and omg there was shit on the toilet ! And there was a family or cockroaches!! I don’t think i been on a TA so bad ! :(
