I love my local TC!! The folks at the DriveThru window are always so friendly!! I truly do appreciate the Military Discount... It's the little things that keep me Loyal to y'all.. Oh and I Love that I can get a dozen tortillas for home ?

Food tasted fine, but the stake fajita was dry, only meat in an empty tortilla. Not even a real fajita. The service was good and the restaurant was clean though. Just not good fajitas for the price.

Server didn't get any of our 3 orders correct. He didn't listen. Got the Quesdilla order completely wrong. Order cheese and got chicken. Didn't suggest a drink even though it was ordered because he didn't listen. Ask for tacos no tomatoes but guess what...got lots of tomatoes because he didn't listen. Street tacos had very hard meat and corn tortillas fell apart. Didn't finish food it was that bad. Very disappointed because I love Taco Cabana but I won't go back. Oh and had to ask for the ice machine to be filled. Lobby was empty too so it wasn't busy.

I haven’t ordered from taco cabana in years and the one time I do I’m missing food. Unfortunately for me I live too far so by the time I would’ve made it back it would’ve been closed.

We had loved the breakfast cabana bowls and found them to be fairly consistently made until recently. Over the past 2 or 3 months we have had a bad experience 3 out of 3 visits to the drive through. We are usually the only ones there so being too busy can't be the problem. First, they were out of 2 ingredients for our order; next they forgot to put eggs in the breakfast bowl; finally today, the bowls were such a soupy mush that the tortilla bowl disintegrated, and they were missing the potatos. The first 2 times we thought maybe they were just having a bad day and we kept giving them another chance. Their last chance was today.

I ordered twice from the store. Once was 12/24 night, I ordered half order of chicken and half order of beef fjs, both order were left out lettuce, cheese, Pico, sour cream and gauc. I waited for over 30 minutes in the lobby. There was only two orders, even no drive through order. Didn't want to go back in the dark for the left out. I went again on 26th, ordered half order of chicken fjs again, two qsas, and 12 tortillas. I waited 25 minutes. There were at least 6 people working. One lady was working, the rest were standing cluelessly. I loved Toca cabana as I worked in college Station's taco cabana when I was in school. Moved out of state and this is the first time I am back to TX. Ordered for my kids and telling them about my time there. This is the first and last time I would ever go to order from them again.

I used to come here quite often but stopped as I got a bit burned out. Now I go there today and ordered a crispy taco plate with rice and beans. The tacos were ok but I expected that. Now the beans and rice were lukewarm, not the reccomended temp for food to be served.I take the rice and beans to the counter and asked if they could heat it up. She looked at me with that "I hate my job" look and said."How am I suppose to heat it up." I told her I don't know but it's not hot. She walked away and left me there standing. Did not say for me to wait or I will be right back.I left the food there. About 5 minutes later she brings a plate full of beans and rice and it was very hot but she just placed it on my table and walked away. She said nothing.I will never go back.

We dined in there on Monday, November 27th shortly before noon. It took 30 minutes to get our order. Unacceptable. There were only a half dozen diners and it took forever to 'complete' our order. It appeared that the kitchen staff seemed overwhelmed. We ordered two cabana samplers. The photograph of the meal on their website shows that it comes with one taco, a flauta, an enchilada, a serving of guacamole and two flour tortillas. We received neither the guacamole nor the tortillas. Short of the company reading this and making up for our horrible experience, I'm never ever going back there.

Uhh i don’t know what the heck is going on with your drive thru today but I’ve been behind this truck in the line for over 15 minutes! Up until a minute ago we didn’t see ANYONE at the window and when she did go to the POS system there, the man in the truck in front of me tried waving her down several times and she legit ignored him. So here i am l, going on 20 minutes of being stuck in this drive thru where the employees will not even acknowledge this poor guy who probably wants an update on his food. Absolutely unacceptable

Longest drive thru wait time award goes to…(drum roll)…taco cabana!! The Taco Palenque next to them doesn’t even take half this long.
