I love target and all its magic. However when I went today for my St.Patrick’s day decor they had NONE. I was still able to get the other items I needed. Overall an ok experience.

Tried to do a first time cat & jack return but due to “store policy” they do not do these returns stating “people have abused”, its too bad, I’ve been purchasing cat & jack for years and only now found out i could do this type of return.

Rude customer service at guest service with employee Giselle. She was more concerned about giving her Instagram out to another employee than doing her job. I would like to be assisted the right way with quality customer service instead of half the effort because you are trying to give out your social media while helping a customer. I guess I'll help her out ig: itsgiselle since it's so important.

There are too many unethical employee issues. Employee stand around doing nothing but taking while you need help and waving your hands right in front of them it takes 3 or 4 employee to have a damn conversation, and you're interrupting them . They stay in their conversation like they are careless about the customer or their job . They get paid to socialize and waste the customers' time we the customer are an inconvenience. We all should get paid every minute we wait unnecessarily while the damn employee to finish their employee to employee conversation.
Also, they are blocking us customers for using our Circle rewards

I wanted to leave a review on an associate who was very rude. I went in to return some Cat and Jack products and was told the policy changed. When I asked when this change had occurred she told me a few weeks ago. I told her I wasn’t aware and I would look it up online to review the guidelines. She told me to not waste my time because it hadn’t been updated. She told me HER store no longer accepted Cat and Jack returns unless it was a manufacture defect. All in all, the girl with the purple hair (because she wasn’t wearing a name tag) shouldn’t be working in customer service if she doesn’t want to do her job correctly. I’d steer clear of this store if you plan to make Cat and Jack returns.

Don’t bother doing curb side pick ups here when there’s inclement weather. Not a lightning strike or rumble of thunder in sight, and it’s sprinkling outside, but they’ve “suspended” curbside due to thunderstorms. But won’t tell you or the packed curbside pick up that. So you’ll be sitting there until you figure out to go inside. Definitely need to rethink the curbside alert feature if this is a standard protocol.

This girl Justine was very rude for no reason. We were just trying to get our order and she was being very rude I have never had that happened at any target. And as she was ringing us up she took forever. This is unacceptable

I was at Starbucks and was treated badly from a manager, name Letty who acts like she owns Target and Starbucks she’s very rude also to her employees the way she speaks to them. Also while waiting for my drinks she very rude to her employees this manger needs to step down she needs to be replaced and get a more down to earth manager. She uses her potion to do things any manager shouldn’t do. She’s disgusting and very disrespectful. There was other customers and she was talking to horrible.

I always come to this target and I feel bad for some of the employees, there's this one manager Idk her name but she has dark brown hair and heavyset name starts with a i?, but she was very very demanding,and kinda rude but definitely has her favorites
