Awful customer service Greg manager lacks customer service I came to him w an issue. The car pick up forgot something in my order and he couldn’t care less. And the car pick up guy I let him know what he forgot he said sorry and walked passed me. Ugh this is awful to deal w when prices for stuff are so high. Get it TOGETHER !!

I’ve been a longtime Target customer, but my recent visit left me disappointed. While checking out with my family, we were assisted by an employee who was clearly a man dressed as a woman, with makeup and artificial features. I believe stores should maintain a professional and neutral environment, especially in family-friendly spaces. It’s frustrating to see corporations pushing social agendas rather than focusing on providing a comfortable shopping experience for all customers. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I saw a few small roaches near the produce, which was really concerning from a cleanliness and food safety standpoint. I usually enjoy shopping here, but this was disappointing. Never going back.

Absolutely disgusting they should be ashamed to call themselves target nothing’s organized. The bathrooms are a mess. There’s no toilet paper. It looks like a Third World country in this store. Unbelievable that you can even call the target why would corporate not check on their own stores?

This place is run by morons. They fired everyone to replace them with self-checkout, then they shut down the self-checkout but didn't rehire the people they fired, so there were 50 people waiting on literally 3 cashiers. What a waste of time. This place used to be great.

Worst target in San Antonio. The people that work here don’t know anything. They didn’t know how to scan my coupons how to take a payment for my target credit card. They put me in three different lines, just kept passing me off to the next person. I will stick to my balcony Heights target next time.

Usually no issues especially curbside pickup, but this worker was so rude had an attitude from the start . When I asked him to put my items in the truck he slammed it open and close . Come on now have some respect !
