Absolutely terrible customer service!!! Do yourself a big favor and go to a diffrence target. The workers are lazy, unknowledgeable, and overall unhelpful.

Starbucks is the only reason why I give this target more than 1 star. The employees running the Starbucks provide extremely fast service, and the employees are extremely nice.
The targets main issue is the restroom is ALWAYS disgusting, no matter when I decide to make a trip to target .

My boyfriend and I have frequented this target for 3 years and have never had issues until now. We went into the store to make sure they had what we wanted in stock and then ordered for pickup using Afterpay. We saw they had at least 3 of this LEGO set in stock. I have a picture of it in his hand from tonight!!! Online order department marked it as out of stock and simply refused to complete our order. We were forced to settle with going to the Culebra target to pick it up tomorrow. The laziness is astounding. Terrible customer service. No way they sold out of a Lego set in 20 minutes. I’ve also been profiled for wearing baggy clothes and things like to target and I’ve also been watched and followed by this certain women individual and her “crew” I also have videos of this and don’t appreciate being “profiled” on the way I look, I’m literally pregnant and can’t wear anything else

I’m always getting profiled there when wearing my baggy clothing by the lady who has dirty blonde hair with glasses who sorta looks like a Karen they’ve followed me around the store along with a darker women as well, I don’t if it’s your motto to judge people on what you where but I’ll be posting the TikTok videos about this.
