Horrible user experience to delete account. I wanted to delete my target account and called their customer service number. The representative told me the only way I could delete my account was to first download the app, and then delete it through the app. Why do I need to download an app to delete my account? Apparently there is absolutely no other way to do it, so I download the app. So I'm signed into the app, and all my profile information is there, but in order to delete you account, you have to manually enter your full name, address, email address and phone number. They already have that information--I guess they just want to really annoy ex-customers that are trying to delete their accounts. If your goal is to make sure I'll never be back--you succeeded brilliantly--kudos and thanks for wasting 30+ mins of my time and yours to delete my account, when other companies seem to be able to offer a simple delete account feature from their websites that can be completed in less than a minute.

I went in today to for a Cat & Jack return. I did my research and followed the policy rules and walked in with a small tote of clothing. The woman that helped me was polite until I mentioned it was Cat & Jack, she scoffed at me and began my return. Another employee kept chiming in on my return to let me know that Target has moved to its original policy of only worn, used, stained and torn. I said “okay thanks for letting me know, this is my first time and all of my clothing is very USED and stained.” She then went on to tell me costumers abuse the policy and she wouldn’t accept half of my items…for whatever reason. She had such attitude the entire time I turned red with embarrassment for even taking my clothing back. I kept thanking the woman that was actually doing the return cause it’s a tedious process and the other employee kept making faces and eye rolls until the bitter end. Don’t work somewhere if you don’t agree with the company policy, and don’t shame guests who have proof of purchase, polite demeanor and clothing within the rules of the policy!

I hope you don’t ever need help finding anything in the store because they only associates you ever see on the floor are ones that are doing personal shopping and they couldn’t be bothered. This store has the worst customer service of any store in the area. It’s we’re gonna move stuff around not tell you where it is and leave you to wander around the store for 2 1/2 hours trying to find it.

About 815 pm older couple about 60ish 2x went right in front of my basket as i was looking for packaged meats. The old man just snickered at me like if i didn’t belong there. Instead of giving him an argument he wanted i just reversed and went back, twice lol. Must be a racial thing going on there.

Every time I go to this store they are out of the item I went to purchase. Their app will say it’s in stock but when you get there they magically don’t have anything stocked on the shelves and the associate can’t locate it in the back.
Also how many speed bumps do you freaking need outside? There are literally 19 speed bumps outside the store and they removed handicap spaces for curbside pick up slots. Why do you seven need 15 curb side pick spots anyway? They are always empty!

I used to love target, but since the remodel it has been increasingly dirty and chaotic. It's impossible to walk without stepping on merchandise in the clothing and shoe areas. Additionally, things are not put together to find coordinates, and trash and wrappers are a constant trip hazzard. Apparently, they are fully staffed but unable to keep up with the traffic.

This store is a disaster. I understand the consumer population is generally inconsiderate and messy, but there is also no effort of target staff to maintain this store.

I don't know what is going on in this target. In my online order I received a therabreath mouthwash bottle unsealed! Are people opening mouthwash and using it in the store??? DISGUSTING!!! I WILL NEVER BUY A MOUTHWASH FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!!!
