Taylor Insurance made switching my policies easier than I expected. Linda is amazing!!! I saved almost 35% over my previous policies with the same coverage/limits. She was extremely helpful and explained every option clearly. I had a positive experience every time I called or emailed their office. Warning: on behave of my grandparents be cautious when dealing with this firm! The representative, Mauricio, often provides incorrect information and seems to always be absent from the office. Their other employees that speak Spanish lack language proficiency , making it difficult for Spanish-speaking clients to understand. They struggle with basic knowledge of information such as premiums which they follow up with nervous laughter. When I asked to speak with Linda, she seemed irritated and dismissed my request, saying an agent would contact us instead. As someone who speaks English, I believe Linda could have assisted us directly. The customer service has been terrible. I strongly advise against working with this firm.

BEWARE. I’ve worked with Mauricio at Taylor Insurance in the past and had always been happy with the service—though I had never needed to file a claim until recently. Unfortunately, when I did, I was extremely disappointed by how things were handled. I purchased a builder’s risk policy for a rehab project and provided Mauricio with a clear list of insurance requirements from my lender, which included theft coverage. I even followed up in writing to ask if theft of items like electrical wiring or AC units would be covered, and Mauricio confirmed that “all permanently installed items” would be.
After a break-in at the property where all the electrical wiring was stolen, I was shocked to find out that theft was not covered under the policy I was sold. Apparently, theft requires an optional “buyback” endorsement, which was never explained, offered, or mentioned at the time of purchase—despite me specifically asking about theft coverage. Mauricio later admitted the misunderstanding and told me he was taking the issue to the agency owner to find a resolution, but nothing was ever done.
This situation has left me with thousands of dollars in losses that I had every reason to believe would be covered. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this agency, especially for builder’s risk policies. Ask very specific questions and get the answers in writing—and even then, you may not be protected when it matters most.

ABSOLUTELY NOT. AND LEARNED MY LESSON THE HARD WAY.I have been a client of KT for many many years. And I will say on 2 occasions I don't have the coverage needed for lifes mishaps!! Very very VERY inconvenient. I have asked to speak to Mr. Taylor and his lack of caring has left me feeling stupid and used. He doesn't care, bc we're all just a paycheck to him. I am paying nearly 2k A MONTH!!! AND I DONT HAVE THE COVERAGE I NEED, on BOTH OCCURRENCES. NOR WERE THE OPTIONS EVEN DISPLAYED!! SO SHE CHOSE FOR ME!!!!!Do you think he cares? or his lady Yvonne? Shes got a bag of acorns for brains. And hes a pompous egotistical human. I pray karma finds you and spares your family. If you need a good insurance lady, message me and I will send to you . THE only agent they have there with dignity is Mauricio. Keep him on your team!! He will keep you from tanking. Im sharing your agency EVERYWHERE!! THIS IS A NOT OK!

My husband and I have our auto policy here and I love our rate especially with everything going up. If our rate changes we always get offered a solution. Best service in town.
