Sorry if I shouldn't write here. But on television they say "DONATE $5.- DLLS OR $10.- BUT "I SEE" THEY SAY IT IS $25.- dlls. I can't donate MORE. I am disabled, I have HOUSING and they increased me $50.- MORE per month. Thing what "I don't do it". Now it's time to renew HOUSING, I'm praying that they don't increase me MORE. Every year I wanted to contribute but, "it's not what they say on Teleton that we can donate $5.- or $10.- dlls

. We lived in Phenix Arizona, we heard of Teletón USA so we contacted them to see if they could help our then 5 year old special need son with therapy because he can't walk. They told us to register and it could take up to 5 years for him to be called because we lived in a different State. We went ahead and enrolled anyways. So 2 years passed by and because of the pandemic i was told it was going to take longer. So one day Teletón contacted me and said it was his turn to be in the Teletón. I filled out all the paper work they requested and also submit all Dr paper work . We ended up moving to San Antonio to be closer to therapy. I was told if Teletón accepted my son it was going to be free. Teletón did call me and said it was his turn and he was accepted but i am now being charged $10,000. I was also told it would be based on income. Well none of it was true. I was asked to pay $10,000 out of pocket and we don't have that amount. I was told that people give donations sponsor Teletón so if that is so why are we being charged? We are low income and we have done all in our pawer to move to San Antonio TX. Just to be told to pay $10,000.

We are so thankful to CRIT for all they do. Anyone with a child needing extensive therapies should get on the waiting list.. It was worth the wait we hope every special child gets this level of therapy and has access to all the amazing equipment this magical place gives our Jeffery

Our son has cp and goes to crit 2 days a week for 3 hrs a day. The staff is fantastic. They work with our schedule, they are always checking on us, they are very special people. The therapist are the best and the facility is top notch and very modern. They are such a blessing to us. My son has really responded to going there.

I made a donation today to this location and I am attempting to get information for my company to match my donation, however, no one answers the phones or e-mails. How are we supposed to help a cause that does not reply or answer the phones.
