I don’t even have a car here but from what I’ve seen what my friends have to go through with the collections department regarding payments and or getting your car serviced is ridiculous! I don’t want to mention any names but GRACE is so difficult to deal with and does not go above and beyond in helping customers and making sure they are happy with the customer service. Do not buy from here. They tell you one thing and do the other and say “sorry there’s nothing we can do” Grace needs to give these people some GRACE!!!

Wish I could have given no stars. This company is a joke. I've been waiting for over 3 weeks to get a vehicle, which supposed to have been delivered on that following Monday. They also sent me a picture of the vehicle that was promised to me and, needless to say, still nothing.

Great customer service to buy a car from.... the financial company they work with... not so much. Not only am I paying 20000 for an 8k car but they want full coverage insurance which I get perfect. But don't dictate what deductible we put ... you dont pay our insurance. Full coverage is all you need
And there finance department really needs english speaking reps. Sorry I cant understand you

I have a story behind this company and the reviews that are 1 stars and could be worse. This company is owned by the same company that owed or own the Bayside Mitsubishi in Laport. They have shut down and have lawsuits against them ( A&E Holdings LLC, and principle owner Mr. Alex Sinno) i purchased a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander ( cash paid In full) to include tax title and registration along with an extended warranty $2000 i have went to the DMV to get my tags and they can not help, Mitsubishi can not help. I have contacted an Attorney, Texas comptroller, they have an open case already and click2houston is already involved etc..... buyer beware this is the same company that you are buying a car from or looking to buy a vehicle from

Beware of This Dealership! Deceptive Practices and Poor Quality Cars
I am writing this review to warn others about the dishonest and unreliable practices at this car dealership. In 2023, I purchased a high mileage car from them, only to experience a series of frustrating and costly issues. Initially, the car stopped working due to faulty spark plugs within a couple of months. Fortunately, it was covered under a 12,000-mile warranty, and the dealership claimed to have "fixed" the problem.
However, just a few months later, the car broke down again. I took it to a third-party repair shop, only to find out that the spark plugs were never replaced and still had the factory ones. Clearly, the dealership did not fix the car as they claimed.
As if that wasn't enough, the transmission began to slip within a year of purchase. At this point, I was promised an upgrade to a better car if I kept up with my payments. I traded in the faulty car for what was supposed to be a "better" vehicle. Unfortunately, within a month, the ignition switch failed, leaving me without a car for three months.
Despite spending $5,000 on this vehicle, the high-interest rate means I've barely made a dent in the principal amount. To add insult to injury, I was promised a warranty, only to be later informed that the dealership no longer offers that "program."
My monthly payments are $600 for a car that continues to give me endless problems. This dealership is run by liars and crooks who do not care about their customers. A special mention goes to the salesman, RICHARD ,who sold me nothing more than a fake dream.
I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership. Save yourself the trouble and find a dealer who values honesty and customer satisfaction.

The car was great when pulling off. BUT my 1st problem was the nx day .The belt broke,yes the fixed it and towed it back to shop which was great. Car only lasted months idk if it was something I could have prevented or just the car in general.I bought a 2012 kia hybrid( hybrid battery and engine) went out..Ill nvr buy a used hybrid again with over 100,000 customer service was wonderful but when buying used have it fully checked out within your 30 days.Lemon law even tells you that

I've been a paying customer for 4 years now I need my original paperwork and no one in the office wants to help me those old women are very rude they block your numbers tell you what they will not do.. I had to call the owner Muhammad to get things done.. those women are bitter rude and needs to be replaced.. Ms Kathy Miss Grace and Dominique.. no one knows what their job is .. I would have gave zero Stars if possible but it would not allow me to post. I had to contact the owner of the company, interrupt him from his busy day to do what the people he hired cannot do.. thank you Mr Muhammad

If I could give zero stars I would. Buyer beware!! Every negative comment said about this dealership is true. The salesperson will take your down payment and then tell you about the deferred down payment afterwards. The car will not be clean and have mechanical issues because it was not serviced before being sold. The employees lack integrity and will give you a different answer every time you call. They only care about getting your money. The operations manager will appear to care but don’t be fooled, she doesn’t. When you call they will tell you that the owner doesn’t get involved with daily operations. They don‘t respond to emails so don’t bother sending any. They have had my car since June 14. I was informed on June 26 that the deductible had to be paid before they can start repairs on my vehicle. Had I known that I would have paid it when the vehicle was towed there. I paid it that day. I’m out $2000 which was my total down payment and they could care less about returning my vehicle in a timely manner. I read that Mo is a veteran and I hope it’s not true because it’s disappointing that a fellow veteran would take advantage of people like this. Desperation can cause you to make desperate decisions that will hurt you in the long run. Don’t make the same mistake I did and buy a car from here! #mybiggestregretof2024
