Rented a unit here for a year and a half to store a motorcycle and tools and had a great experience. Front desk staff was always helpful when I needed to speak with them. Unlike the big national chains, they don't offer promotional rates with ridiculously short contracts in order to immediately double the rates on you after it expires. Didn't have to worry about the security of my things while they were stored here. Highly recommend renting from here and being treated better while also keeping your money in the local economy.

I have used Texas Maxi-Mini Self Storage for years and have always received safe, clean and well maintained units. The price is good. The value is excellent.

Convenient and reasonably priced. Had some difficulties getting the latch to shut today and Erin helped me out. The lady I spoke with at the front desk offered to take my key and have maintenance take a look later but then Erin came and offered to walk with me to the unit and troubleshoot. She said I could get another unit but it’s just a finicky latch that can be managed (or if it keeps being troublesome, I’ll take them up on the offer!) Shout out to Erin for going above and beyond.

I've been a patron here for many years and no matter who is in charge they run a tight ship. There's not litter, damage, or graffiti. That says a lot about management and staff. Good job.

I just really love this place. Forgot to put money in my account but the lovely staff reached out to remind me about paying before late fees accord. They are so friendly and helpful. For the price I'm paying, it really is a steal. Also its always so clean when we stop by.. 101/10 will always recommend.

I was pleased with the customer service and Gloria was great. She explained the procedure of renting and details in an honest and striaght-forward way. No administrative fees, lock charge (bring yout own lock), or confusion with fees. Honest good old-fashion transaction refreshing these days. Thanks again Gloria you were awesome. I would recommend this storage facility to everyone.

The price is competitive and thats alright. But my main reason for giving 2 stars is because I come here everyday, and everyday the lady who works here with the chevy colorado parks directly in front of the entrance and anybody would have to go out of their way to driiiive around her and then arrive at an awkward angle to the code terminal to get in. I dont understand how somebody who has worked here for years doesnt realize how much in the way she is.

Clean. Cons - the rows between the units are a little narrower than most storage places. Pros - they're level. If you've ever felt like you were off roading driving to your unit because it was like driving up or down stairs then this place is for you.
