My recent visit was to Texas Med was made truly remarkable by the outstanding support provided by medical assistant Veronica. From the moment I walked in, Veronica's warm demeanor and efficient approach put me at ease. She skillfully took my vitals, explained procedures, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the visit. Her attention to detail and excellent communication made a significant difference. Veronica's professionalism and caring nature reflect the highest standards of patient care, making my experience exceptionally positive.

Everyone was great, from the friendly receptionist to the nurse/assistant and the wonderful disposition of the physician. The property is clean and neat. Unsuspecting pleasurable experience. Totally recommend.

After replacement knee surgery, I had problems with an employment and tested. I need you to go to the emergency room. The care the kindness and the professionalism that I got. There was amazing despite the many many challenges that they had stop with. The people coming in aggressive and demanding the capital. Cool or professional and willing to assist. Was SUPER nervous. Despite the situation I had to endure on my birthday regarding a abscess. Nurse Jackie and PA Marj were super understanding and very professional. They were not only very quick, they were communicative, informative, and friendly. Thanks for making light of an awful time I had to deal with.

We had a great experience with the nurse practitioner. She made a diagnosis right away and offered a referral. The staff was great we needed help to find our insurance card and they were able to verify it with the company.0

I was very happy with my visit to TX MedClinic. Everyone was kind & helpful. Dr Quinoñes was knowledgeable, took time to listen & I did not feel rushed. Before prescribing an antibiotic, he called previous Dr to request results of my lab work. I was very impressed & would definitely go back.

I took my son in to the TX Med Clinic on Ingram today for some ear pain, and PA Marj and Nurse Steve did a FANTASTIC job of helping my son. =) I seriously cannot recommend them enough!!! They took the time to thoroughly clean out his ears, which were completely packed with wax, so that they could see that he did in fact have an ear infection. He was just so happy that he could actually hear once again. I am so grateful for their compassionate bedside manner, level of professionalism, and genuine concern for my son’s well being. We left the clinic thanking God for providing us with such a wonderful team of medical professionals! Thank you, PA Marj Scogin and Nurse Steve, for everything! :)

The service at this clinic was outstanding! Minimal wait time. Andrea was very helpful with the check in process, nurse Erika was very thorough and caring, PA Scogin was very patient, informative, and really made sure I not only understood what was going on, but taking the best route of action to get me on the road to recovery. Every person was very emphatic and everything ran seamlessly. Will definitely make this my preferred clinic.

This clinic has a great wonderful team. From checking in from Jackie who took care of me right away and explained everything to me what to do. When heading back to my room nurse Claudia took care of me and asked all the right questions on took care of me good. Especially PA Marj who was wonderful and amazing. She explained everything to me in details.The time I went in was very quick but be honest if I even had to wait to have me seen definitely worth the wait because I know I would have gotten excellence service.Wonderful and amazing team this location has. Recommend to people who live near this location a must go!

I waited a long time to get seen my the doctor. He was great but, definitely not urgent. My complaint is the billing. I paid 40 dollars co pay for the visit and was told maybe 50 dollars would be billed. It was 150 on top of the 40 dollars. I don’t believe the front desk was caring or explained the charges correctly. There is a disconnect. I contacted the billing department and they explained it more clearly and courtesy than the front desk woman. I’ve read similar comments regarding my situation and I wish I would have read the comments before visiting. Honestly this visit was only saved by the grace of the doctor. They need to train the front desk to be compassionate and understanding of patients needs and explain to them more efficiently. Please do better and not empty words of the same copy and paste response you give patients.

Very kind staff. Made us all feel welcome and comfortable. Check in with Jackie and Kendra was great. Nurse Melanie did a awesome job and PA Marj was terrific with her patient and making him as comfortable as possible. Thank you all!

My experience was amazing today! My doctor and my nurse Melanie were the best and I got the best care! Melanie was so caring and kind! I have never been treated so well like I did today. I’m very grateful and appreciate everyone. From signing in at the front desk to the amazing care I received.Thank you All!! 10,000% recommend this is the place to my go if you have a little pain :)Dr. Marjorie amazing!! Came to this walk-in and my deductible is met yet the lady at the front counter wants to collect over $100 dollars from me because her system can’t tell her the deductible is met. TERRIBLE BILLING PRACTICE. You shouldn’t collect money from people when they aren’t required to pay it per their insurance. It’s always easy to take but never easy to get back! Will use other urgent cares moving forward

Been in this building for 90~ minutes with symptoms of strep throat. Arrived at 4, went back at 4:40. Not bad. Got a swab at 4:50 for the test and it's been almost 45 min since. I type this as I wait and want you to know that these people, yes they help A LOT but they could be much more better about communication and informing us of accurate wait times.
